Best Mortgage Broker!

Chris was recommended to us by our friends! They spoke very highly of him and we can now see why. As first time buyers, we had no understanding of the house buying and mortgage process but Chris set up regular in detailed meetings explaining clearly the process where he was approachable and friendly. He also was very responsive to our messages and our hundreds of questions! We also did not have the best start, as the first two properties we fell in love with turned out to be very complex and us needing to pull out but Chris was very helpful in chasing these issues and when we found our now home Chris was quick to sort things out and ensure we could proceed quickly! We would recommend Chris to anyone, be it first time buyers or those looking to move.

Excellent support

Chris was very helpful, prompt and supportive thought out the process.
I highly recommend him. The process was thorough, good rates were secured and I felt confident with him throughout.

House remortgage in Eastbourne

EBR Mortgages made remortgaging our Eastbourne home easy. Chris found me a competitive rate tailored to our financial situation and handled the entire process efficiently from application to completion. Communication was excellent throughout, with all paperwork managed seamlessly. They also explained protection options clearly, giving me added peace of mind. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in Eastbourne looking to remortgage.

Knowledgeable supportive and totally dependable

Chris has been my mortgage broker for a number of years now. He is knowledgable, thorough and takes the time to clearly understand your circumstances before compiling the best deals to individually fit your situation. Also most importantly, I never feel rushed and he is super patient at explaining and answering any questions or worries you may have. I would highly recommend.

Best broker there is!

Chris is an amazing Mortgage broker and is incredibly trustworthy. He worked hard to get us the best deal for our house and genuinely cared about us and our life. I wouldn't go anywhere else for top quality, personal and cost effective mortgages!
