I've made a hundred orders or so from Echod. They have an amazing clear website you can order from on your schedule. After you order the process is very transparent and easy. The system lets you know proofs are ready to review, when its in pre press, press and then ready for pickup. Once in a while I send a bad or low res image. Without fail Zissy will call me and help me understand the issue and do all they can do to help me get it ready for print. Echod doesn't feel like some vendor but another part of my team. And my guy David is always quick with an answer and helps me problem solve my clients needs.

I am not the best graphics artist. However, by the time Echod Graphics prints your work and puts their finishing touches on your designs, I think I'm the greatest artist of all times.
