Don't believe it when they show a part "in stock"
Ordered a minor part for a blower after site showed the product was in stock. After two days of "awaiting shipment" status, I contact the company, via chat and received an return e-mail that the parts was backordered and would be shipped when received by them. I responded to the e-mail, requesting the order be canceled. I then chatted with a rep who informed me the order could not be canceled, due to the fact the order was in the "dispatch line" awaiting shipment. I cc'd him the e-mail I had just received showing the part was on backorder only two hours earlier. He once again stated the part was in the "dispatch line" and that it would still take at least one more day before it was shipped. This company is a joke.
Wrong part sent
Wrong backpack blower part sent, and they tried to convince me I was wrong. Months later, I actually purchased a new blower (same model). And I kept the unused, ordered part. Hence, I was able to put them side by side. Clearly, I was correct. Stuck with a $30 replacement, flex hose that was for some other piece of equipment.
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered blades for edger on April 11. I received an email stating it would arrive on April 30. That date came and went with no delivery. I received another email stating it would arrive on May 3. That didn't happen. I contacted the company via their email but received no response. It is now May 6 and I still don't have the parts.

Can't cancel even though the order is still in their warehouse
Ordered a part, seen it hadn't shipped yet and called to cancel it. It's still in the warehouse and the guy says they cannot cancel, but I can return it once I get it but they'll be a 20% restocking fee. What a joke!
I placed an order and can’t cancel
I placed an order and requested cancellation within 24 hours, before anything shipped to me. However, the company refused to cancel because the item had already been “shipped” from the manufacturer to their warehouse—something that was not clearly explained during checkout. To make matters worse, one of the items in my order is still on backorder, yet they still will not cancel or adjust the order. This policy feels misleading, as most customers would reasonably expect to be able to cancel before shipment to the customer. I would strongly recommend others review the cancellation terms carefully before ordering.
Straight up scam . They are telling me that my order has to be received by them 3 weeks from now before they can send it to me but originally it showed 2 to 5 days to receive otder

i wish i could have put zero stars- horrible experience- took forever to get the part and they sent wrong part. When i returned i was told 20% restocking fee which is BS but then they never refunded me the money. When i called i was met with a very rude JO that told me it takes 4 weeks to refund which i have been around long enough to know is just BS and i am sure when i call back in 2 weeks will get another BS response- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering!!! They do not stock parts they order them as needed the website gives the impression, they have them onsite. They do advertise low prices I asked to cancel after 6 days on "awaiting shipment" and was told no canceling allowed.

Miserable experience just like a previous review said. But I did it anyway. 5 weeks for a $1 part. After I trie to cancel. Finally it arrives, and no I no longer need, 5 weeks. The estimate on order was a few days. Pablo in customer service said best they can do is 20% of restock and I pay for postage back. I already paid $5 for a .92 gasket that could have been sent in an envelop. Just horrible, do not do business with them. I am certainly not.

Ordered parts. Four days later, checked to find the parts had not shipped. Engaged in chat to find that the part were still not expected to ship for another two days. It takes about a week for an order to ship? Hmmm.

This online small engine parts store is terrible for communications, shipping, and service
I had a terrible experience with this online small engine parts store. I ordered a common part that was marked as "in stock," but 13 days later, I had received nothing—no notifications or explanations for the delay. I called the provided phone number seven times, but each time I reached voicemail. Eventually, I had to use the chat feature, where I was connected to a person who provided me with a prepared statement.
I explained that I run a garage repair service and expressed my frustration with the situation. I later discovered that the part is now out of stock, even though it was listed as available at the time I placed my order. This online store seems to overlook the fact that their main customers are often older individuals who can fix small engines. While their website is visually appealing and draws you in, their shipping and customer service are severely lacking and, in my opinion, unreliable.
Now, that small common part is estimated to be 30 days out before I might receive it. The best review I’ve come across so far is a two-star rating—go figure.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I ordered a part online using the model number; however, when the part came, it did not fit my trimmer. When I called customer service, the guy said their website cannot give the correct part with the model number. The website never asked for a serial number. They wanted me to pay to ship the item back and pay a 10% restocking fee. If the website is not designed for a model number, it should ask for a serial number only.

CS and the whole teM that supports them is an absolute joke. You wanna talk about being given the run around and them using every excuse in the book. Never buy from these guys all they do is talk very little action and do things the way they see fit as they make mistake after mistake.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Echo. I purchased a part that I didn’t use and needed to return, but the process was extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to initiate the return through their website, I kept receiving a message stating someone would reach out to assist me. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me, and now the part is outside their return window. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with them.
Part was on backorder without being told
Ordered a part from them that was, apparently, out of stock but not according to their website. When I looked up my order 5-days later, that's when I saw the notification on my order. I tried to cancel it because it said that my estimated ship date was now a month away but the service rep told me that the factory had already shipped the part to them and since the part was already shipped, that they couldn't cancel it. I was, however, offered the ability to reach out to them to see if I can return it - once I finally got it, that it - after paying for shipping to return it and a 20% restocking fee.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE these guys. They're awful...
You cannot cancel an order before it is shipped.
You cannot cancel an order before it is even shipped. I called one hour ago and requested a cancellation, and a woman in a foreign accent stated "Computers were down" and she could do nothing. I told her my most recent notification stated the item had not shipped. She put me on hold and stated that the item had already shipped and she could not cancel. I asked what I do and she said to check our refund policy and hung up the telephone. Customer service is an absolute joke. I was ready to place another but never again with this company.
Scam
Waited for the wrong battery for months. They charge 40% restocking. Terrible customer service. Don't use these people. They are a scam. the reviews reported on their site are fake.
