I had an excellent experience. It was super easy to find the driver and they were even early. The car was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Driver was very kind and courteous. I will absolutely be using this service again when I return to the UK.

We had an excellent experience with Marius and the team at EC Minibus during our recent trip to the UK. Our private transfer from London to our cruise ship, and then from the cruise terminal to Gatwick Airport, was absolutely seamless.

Marius went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. The vehicles were comfortable and spotless, the service was friendly and professional, and both pickups were ahead of schedule. As first-time visitors to London from Canada, reliability was very important to us, and EC Minibus exceeded our expectations.

I can't recommend EC Minibus and Emanuel enough! From first contact to the last it was an easy process. Emanuel offered suggestions for our pickup and desire to make a stop between airport and hotel at Stonehenge. Emanuel was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would also like to compliment our driver Waqas(Kenny). He was waiting for us at the airport, and was extremely competent in getting us out of a parking garage that was a bit crazy that morning. He was unflappable! We then went to Stonehenge before being dropped off at our hotel. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The driver was at the port much earlier than expected and waited patiently. He was very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. He was easy to have a conversation with. By the time he dropped us off at our hotel, he gave us valuable information that helped us to make the best of the rest of the day in London. I will be happy to use them again and I will recommend them to my friends.

EC Minibus guided us in making a plan (i.e., suggested the best times for pick up and places to stop en route). The plan turned out beautifully - our group of 8 was very pleased. We used an EC Minibus from the Hotel to Stonehenge to Port and from Port to Highclere Castle to the Airport.

We did not follow the itinerary that I purchased. It was decided in advance due to traffic. You should be aware what traffic looks like in the summer. I was very disappointed in the replaced itinerary. Also, finding the bus was not easy.

We had a great experience with EC Minibus, who transported us from where we disembarked our cruise ship in Greenwich to our London Hotel. The meeting point happened to be barricaded off, but our driver walked to meet us carrying a sign with our name. I’d highly recommend this company for transfers.

Dealing with Customer Sevice Representative was always a positive experience. He made me feel I was in good hands. My inquiries were always answered timely and thoroughly.

Transfer from cruise terminal to Heathrow airport was also a positive experience. I commend the driver for: showing up at meeting point earlier than scheduled time; waiting for us inside the terminal. His car was conveniently parked right there, next to him. The inside of the vehicle was clean, and odorless. The ride was smooth and safe.

From the start, communication was clear on what was expected down to every detail. We had a side trip to Windsor Castle, and details were clearly written out. And everything went smoothly.
