Absolutely 10/10

I can't recommend Teresa high enough.

From my initial inquiry Teresa has been extremely Friendly & helpful.

When she couldn't answer a particular technical question she insisted on contacting the manufacturer to find out the answer & promptly returned my call.

She also had lots of patience whilst I chose my heater & then assisted me with placing my order as I was having difficulty doing it on line.

I was working to a tight schedule & she was extremely professional in keeping me informed of the delivery details.

Unfortunately the unit was damaged in transit by the courier but yet again she was marvelous in arranging a replacement. She organised the collection for the following day & also the delivery of the new unit. She also used a different courier company so that it would arrive undamaged.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

The unit I chose is now installed & looks lovely.

Teresa fronts Eco Friendly & I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

There was a little confusion about sizes and the amount of packs we required but Teresa the office manager contacted us very promptly after placing the order to advise and confirm the correct packs required. This company’s customer service is second to none. We were kept informed from the minute we placed the order until delivery. The quality of the flooring is amazing and we are blown away with the results. My husband laid the flooring himself and said it was a breeze. I've got an infrared panel from them and its so convenient and comfortable to use, heats up rooms extremely quickly and releases very nice comfortable heat, 10/10!

I have similar bathroom heater before that worked really well to warm the bathroom and dry towels. This radiator is not yet installed, but confident it will work as well
