Usually bought cheap logs until I tried ecoblaze. Logs have lower moisture, burn longer and cleaner than budget logs from big stores. Might pay a couple of quid more but I think you get a longer burn... Voir plus

Updated - Missing item and email doesn't work. Got in touch by phone and missing order sent.
I am updating my review (originally 1-star). I had a missing item- I received part of my order (logs) but not the firelighters. Tried to contact them using the email given but it didn't work. Phoned them and they have now resent the item. They are getting your emails, but sometimes you can get a MAILER-DAEMON notification to say that it hasn't gone through. Pleasant on the phone and now hoping I will get my item. Very good logs (fit easily into the stove and there's no bark so there is hardly any mess with them). I also like the eco-friendly jute bags instead of the nylon ones.

Easy to order at a good price
Easy to order at a good price. Usual problem with EVRI delivery, but although delayed a couple of days at least it eventually arrived at our house.
I particularly like the easy to use and store box for the firelighters.

No delivery
Next day delivery is a joke. My parcel is supposed to be with the delivery partner. It has been there more than 10 days but no delivery. I have tried to email the company but their email does not work. I have phoned them to be told we will deal with your delivery next week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Great wood for our log burner
Great wood for our log burner and love the fire starters too. The wood burns so much better, with less smoke and ash left.

Great little firelighters
Great little firelighters. I use 2 beneath a kindling platform with half a woodlet heatlog on top, perfect for my little wood burner. Handy fireside box too. Happy customer. I'll be back!

Ecoblaze & Evri
Since my deliveries have started with Evri, I have had water damage to my firewood, this has happened on the last two of my deliveries. I had no problems at all when dpd were delivering. I will not be using ecoblaze again if evri are delivering my products.

Good products, but packaging could be better
My deliveries tend to get split between DHL for Logs and RUF briquettes and Evri for Nestro.
the logs and RUF are fine, but a few deliveries in a rwo we have had packaging issues with the Nestro. The packaging is torn, and the logs are sometimes damp and leaking sawdust in the delivery driver's car and also my house as I bring them in.
I tried emailing the sales address to advise of the problem and kept getting a failed to send message.
