Friendly and helpful customer service
Customer service was great, when you rang the contact phone number it was actually picked up by a real person very promptly and they were able to help with my query. The glazing was used for a sash window bay where we've had very bad condensation ie water dripping down the panes. The secondary glazing means that we now have less noise, drafts and the condensation is barely noticeable. Simple but effective product.

I have to say that I am disappointed to receive a one star review from you Karen when it is two weeks since you placed your order and the lead time on the page you ordered from said two to three weeks. I am sorry but we don't know a closer timescale than this before the order goes into production as it depends on the order levels. This is difficult to predict at this our busiest time of the year. You emailed yesterday for an update and I replied a couple of hours later. Your panel has in fact now been made and you have had an email to advise you of the delivery. As a family business we work really hard to keep to our lead times and offer good service. A review like this reflects badly on us and I hope that you will reconsider your score of 1 star under the circumstances.

Very good product
Very good product, first windows bought 10 years ago, this purchase was just to renew some of the magnetic tape which had come unstuck.
Doesn’t spoil our wood framed leaded windows as some other double glazed options would have. Would recommend.

Condensing windows cured
We live in a listed property and some of the windows are difficult to secondary glaze with the small windows which where not secondary glazed condensing badly. theses ecoease panels served the purpose brilliantly easy to fit and stopped condensing, very pleased

Panels and all fittings were received…
Panels and all fittings were received well packed and arrived on schedule. They were easy to install using the instructions on the website. It has only been two weeks since they were fitted but am pleased so far.

It was easy to fit. Very well packed. Suggest keeping the packaging if you intend to remove the panels during the summer as the sheets are quite fragile and easily scratched.

Fitting & appearance good
We have fitted Ecoease secondary glazing to all the windows we can in our listed property and they are great. Largely unobtrusive, so that unless you look for them you only notice the original sashes. If you do look for them especially, they are easy on the eye. Finally, straightforward to fit.
