We had Darren come & service our boiler ready for the winter months. He also changed our thermostat for a smart Honeywell unit so we can control the heating from our phones. Darren was punctual, polite & professional. He advised that the heating system was working well but also explained what to look out for going forward to catch any issues early. Darren was also on hand and happy to help a few days after the service to answer queries about the app etc. We would definitely recommend Darren going forward.

Darren was very efficent talked me through what was going to be done, took pictures of what work was carried out. I found out a previous service id had done they didnt do anything. Would 100% recommend to anybody

Had arranged for him to fit solar panels and heat pump at property filled in all the paperwork etc been waiting months when chased he said he would get back to me but now he does not response to emails when chased, now stating funding was pulled Dec 2026 which we haven’t got to! Application was started 31/05/26 yet replied on 22/08/26 to say he will call the office for an update and no reply do not trust him! Yet your website still states you are doing funding and if I could attached the screenshot then I would!

Darren serviced our Vaillant boiler and did a thorough job. He pointed out a few areas that needed attention that had not been noted in previous services. He comes across as very friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend him for any service or other work that is required.

Very good service that was acquired via Checkatrade. The serviceman arrived at the allocated time and carried out the work efficiently. Very happy with the service. Only one point is that I would prefer quotes with VAT included but that is something that is down to my own personal likes and dislikes.

Darren did a power flush of our central heating system. Amazing amount of sludge drawn out. So we now have cleaned out radiators and piping, making the whole system more efficient. Darren was very professional, clean and tidy. Fully recommend.
