To start with the planning and details were on done in a timely manner and all looked good! However once planning was given consent we waited 6 weeks for the ground screws, and the start date. So far all well! This build then stopped with a number of excuses as to why the build could not start, eventually it did with the external frame in place. This was in July 2025, it has gone no further! I have been told they are on there way to continue the build but no one arrived! I have cancelled holiday plans as I was promised we will be there! Still no one comes! Do not waste your time with this firm! FYI building consent never even requested, council not happy!

Awful experience.
DO NOT use this company.
David Parkinson promises the earth and delivers nothing but failure.
Booked this company after a site visit in October 2024.
Parkinson told us there was a 40 year guarantee and the work would be completed in 6 weeks.
The build began in Jan 2025.
Issues from week 1.
Poor floor installation, nothing finished no show from them for 6 months, roof leaked, plasterboarding looked like a child had done it.
Eventually got the windows and doors fitted, neither front door or bi fold would open so had to sort that myself, they managed to put a big scratch on the bifold.
That was the last we saw of them.
No plastering or k rend completed.
No internal walls finished.
Roof blew off last week.
Parkinson doesnt reply to messages, just blocks you on Social Media.
Reported to Trading Standards and will be requesting a sum of money via the Money Court as compensation fornthe damage caused and work not completed as per the contract.

Please avoid.

David Parkinson attempted to rebuild a conservatory for my 84 disabled Mum and her husband who has Alzheimer’s. He left them for months with windows pouring in with rain, a broken window, all plastics not level, tripped all electrics including their care line, wrong doors fitted, plastering in the dark with their mobile phone torch! They had paid him £6k and after me confronting him he hung his head in shame saying he was sorry and he had no excuse and agreed to pay £3 k back. This was December and has now blocked us. Please avoid at all cost. Others have reached out to me since with similar experiences. I wouldn’t like this happening to anyone else. He ruined our Christmas!

The owner of this company will promise you the world and tell you he will complete your extension in 4-6 weeks. My extension is still not complete 7 months and THOUSANDS of pounds later, it is unsafe, raining in and of extremely poor workmanship, it is falling apart before it has been finished. When tradesmen do arrive to do a bit of a job they say they hate doing jobs for dave because evey single customer has got issues and had bad experiences. Eco Extensions is not David Parkinson's only company he also owns Conservatory Roof Solutions and has opened and closed several other companies.
Avoid any company linked to this man, I don't know how he sleeps at night.
