Absolutely delighted with our new bay window and patio doors. The team were friendly, efficient and clearly experienced at what they do. The installation was completed on time and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to deal with an independent business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to family and friends.

I had French doors fitted by EcoGlaze and the whole experience was excellent—from the free quote to the final installation. Great value and attention to detail.

EcoGlaze recently installed new UPVC windows at my home and I’m really impressed with the quality and service. The team was professional and efficient.

I was taken in by a rogue rep from ecoglaze, he gave all the chat took my £1250 deposit on 8/3/23 and it appears that the company does not exist and I've lost my £1250 deposit.
WATCH OUT.

Terrible. It took them nearly 2 years to finish the job and they had to come back over 5 times to keep correcting each others work and it still leaks. I've now been waiting nearly 2 months for someone to come back and fix our leaks. I've also found left over nails and rubbish lying around. Not what I was expecting. I always remember when the salesperson came round and said how easy and smooth their sliding doors are. I can barely open mine they are so stiff! Ibe refrained from leaving a review until now. I would not recommend.

Ecoglaze glass they left the job is not finish it they go and they didn't finish the job they say we gonna come back they didn't come back and they are very bad and very rude people when you talk to you. One of them where could he take £400 from us he doesn't come back he doesn't he doesn't take it the phone when we talk to the company they say he is no more working by us

I would give a minus star rating if I could. Shocking in every way and now they won’t answer phone calls or emails. Do not use this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! FRAUDULENT COMPANY, HE KEEPS CLOSING COMPANIES AND REOPENING THEM. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKES WE DID!!!!

Then we come to the owner of Ecoglaze home improvement Ltd GHAFAR KHAN, what can I say..............
Avoid this company at all costs, DON'T DO WHAT I DID. normally on purchases over £1K I double check with company house etc, I wish I did.
We paid a deposit of £2K and had the rest on finance 2 years free, once the windows fitted, He was on the phone asking for the finance link the be approved for payment, when informed that you've not completed the contract fully, had a fitter out to sort. this triggered me to do the checks I should have at the start, fool me, checked on company house to find that this man only seems to run his business's for a few years then starts again, yes he can do this as a limited company but it don't look good?, he's also not VAT registered on all he's company's but that's for the tax man and the so called guarantee's he gives with these company's end when they do. guarantee's are worthless, he gives a personal guarantee, he's going to be around for some time!. when asked for the so called guarantee's forms to be filled in before payment, he was round my house with he's so called business partner not registered with company house or anything, he's the muscle man, thinking he can bully you by making threats to remove from your property the windows, knowing some of the laws, I informed him that this would be a civil matter and can only be removed by a court order, he tried to say he would, then I informed him that this would become a criminal matter and the police would be involved, this seems to make him think. more checks found that all his company address's etc are closed down, when trying to phone him on his mobile, no answer then he will if you phone back?
to finish off, would I use this company again well what do you think..........................

Avoid this company at all costs. Extremely unreliable, aggressive and rude. My windows and doors were promised over 2 days and I am still waiting for everything to be finished 3 months later. Extremely poor communication and terrible customer service.
