This year, email hosting gone offline for days and ignored help. Considering email hosting is sole use, cannot go without twice for nearly a week each time. Have therefore cancelled them and gone elsewhere. Can not recommend.

The customer support from this business is shocking! Please whatever you do don’t use them! They take your money and run!!

I've had a business email package with Ecohosting for several years and this has been reliable and easy to use, with just the right number of email addresses and storage for my needs. And at a very reasonable cost too.

But I think it's the customer service that makes this company stand out as I've always found this very speedy and helpful, with staff members taking time to understand the query and provide additional help beyond what I expected. For example, I raised a query today asking for help with email configuration and received a reply within 12 minutes to say that the changes had been made and that I didn't need to do anything more - this really was excellent service.

With so many bad actors trying to disrupt the internet and especially electronic communications it requires a comprehensive service with good support tools and helpful staff to ensure that valid emails succeed and and spam is effectively trapped and destroyed. The Ecohosting mail service provides exactly what is required and if help is needed it is always available from a great bunch of support staff.

The support is always swift whenever issues are raised via the ticketing system. Confirmation is always made before any changes which gives me confidence that things are being updated/changed as requested.

These guys are great. I've used them for many years now for my tech company and for little arts projects. They're reasonably priced, the support is excellent and the hosting does everything you need. I've used a few providers of the years. These are people I'm happy to stick with.

Excellent ‘human’ support.

Since a migration in August, I've experienced a number of small, but irritating problems. ecohosting haven't announced to end users the many small changes they've made to their service. Consequently, the onus has been on the end user to insist (and sometimes to go to some length) to convince ecohosting that it is a real problem, and it is their problem, and likely to do with one of their recent changes. But stand your ground - all problems have been resolved.

I have two websites hosted with eco hosting and I’m very happy with their services. I am not particularly tech minded (I can do the basics with a little help from their chatbot) but their help desk has always been superb when I’ve needed them. A seemingly huge tech mountain for me is a small issue to them and it’s usually resolved in minutes. Thank you for keeping your prices low but your customer service so good.

I raised a wee issue on one of my web sites late one evening and it was sorted by breakfast time ... now that's service!
