Signed up to Ecom Tools to compare it against a competitor platform I’m already using. Within 5–10 minutes it was obvious a lot of the tools advertised either aren’t available or are heavily restricted (Higgsfield, freepik etc etc)
Cancelled straight away and asked for a refund as i’d barely used it for more than 15 mins, but that was refused.
Feels pretty misleading vs what’s shown on the site. Ended up going back to my previous tool. Much better experience.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as this information is presented transparently to help users make an informed decision.
Regarding your comment about restrictions: the limitation you’re referring to is related to account access (i.e., login/email usage), not the tools themselves. In fact, we offer unlimited image generation with Higgsfield, as well as unlimited video generation via Freepik using models like Kling 2.5, Minimax, and Halio.
We also want to highlight that we strive to be one of the most transparent platforms in the market — all details about included tools, pricing, and any limitations are clearly listed on our site. Compared to alternatives offering a much smaller set of tools (often around 10), our platform provides access to 80+ tools.
Lastly, your subscription was canceled shortly after signup, and a refund request was submitted within 15 minutes. As outlined in our policy, refunds are not applicable once access has been granted, which is why the request was declined.
