I had mixed feelings at the start…

I had mixed feelings at the start because the onboarding phase felt slower than expected, and replies during the first week were not very quick. That caused some early doubt. That said, once the setup was completed, communication IMPROVED noticeably and the team began managing the store more effectively. Results are still developing, but I can see REAL progress and consistent effort. With better response speed, this could easily move up to a higher rating.
