My experience during the Sales Growth course was great, and it really helped me easily identify my areas for improvement. The Share of Wallet concept was highly effective in analyzing where we, as individual Key Account Managers, are missing the mark from both a strategic relevance and a financial perspective. I believe this specific concept is the foundation of the course, preparing us for a more focused approach toward increasing our share among key accounts. Our professors, Mrs. Eileen Neuweiler and Dr. Anthony Sanor, along with top industry professionals, also did an excellent job of delivering the concepts clearly with great examples.

The interface and content is username friendly, interactive and easy to follow. The projects were challenging but had the right level of guidance which allowed me to complete successfully, and the live sesión from instructors were very helpful

Studying at Cornell University through e-Cornell was deeply meaningful to me. I had hoped to attend Cornell immediately after high school, when computer technology was still in its infancy; 43 years later, that aspiration became a reality. The program exceeded my expectations and provided an engaging learning experience that closely mirrored the rigor and sense of connection of a traditional classroom.
Participation in a cohort further enriched my understanding of the subject matter, particularly through the thoughtful exchanges on the discussion boards. The video lectures, practice assignments, and four-part quizzes in each course reinforced my learning and helped me perform successfully. Together, these elements created a learning environment that made me feel genuinely connected to the classroom experience.
I also had the distinctive opportunity to complete two certificate programs simultaneously: Intellectual Property Law Essentials and Hiring the Justice-Impacted. The Intellectual Property Law Essentials certificate will assist me in securing copyrights for publications and textbooks I have written or intend to publish, and in developing trade secrets and trademarks for my consulting firm, Carpenter Justice & Strategy Group, LLC. The Hiring the Justice Impacted certificate broadened my understanding of the perspectives and experiences of justice-impacted individuals as they navigate reentry and reintegration.
I am especially grateful to the course facilitators, whose knowledge, dedication, and thoughtful guidance made this experience truly exceptional. They were among the finest educators I have ever had the privilege of learning from, and their commitment to each course left a lasting impression on me. I’ve had a great experience completing two certifications.

I have completed several eCornell courses, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and, most recently, a Change Management certification. The knowledge and skills I've gained from these programs have been valuable in my current role, and I am looking forward to using them throughout the rest of my career.

My long term goal is a role focused on change management, where I can help organizations or agencies navigate transformation, continuous improvement and major changes. I am passionate about supporting change that strengthens operations, improves outcomes, and sets the organizations for long term success.

The communication, materials and facilitation on this course were all first class. Highly recommended.

After completing the course work and securing a green & yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma, it was important for my next credentials to be from an accredited institution. With no true governing body in the LSS ecosystem, I felt it critical to meet this requirement. I live in the heart of Ivy League country and have had phenomenal experiences utilizing the Yale New Haven hospital network, so searching for certificate programs in this distinguished group of institutions seemed like a natural choice for both strength of course work and its resume impact. In my research over 3 or 4 months, I continued to find myself on the eCornell landing page deliberating options and trying to establish a plan to move forward. At some point in the process, the institutions in contention dropped off completely and my focus was 100% eCornell. I really connected with the reviews from many of the programs, found the format to be ideal for my lifestyle, was able to establish an action plan with intent to stack certificates and I saw tremendous value in the bonus content like featured webinars. Most importantly, the course outlines for each certificate are incredibly detailed and highlighted the expectations of what the key concepts would be. This allowed me to pick the right course that I felt I could apply immediately from a professional perspective.

I enrolled in the Business Management Essentials course and selected this for a number of reasons. I have 10 years of management experience but I do not have a college degree. I felt it was important to secure this credential to help legitimize my methods and strategies as a way to combat the dreaded "paper ceiling".

The course itself was incredible and filled with great content. The concepts covered highlighted critical methods and ideas that were immediately applicable to my role as an operations manager. The professors in the video lectures were very direct with the information and provided great real world examples of the the material. The individual course facilitators were also incredible. I had 4 in the program and each provided me with actionable feedback on my work as well as ways to elevate the work and expand on my ideas. This was supported by peer engagement sections as well as ai assisted feedback in response to video lecture questions. The projects are also very engaging and do a great job of connecting the concepts along the way in each module.

My experience was amazing. Enough for me to advance my timeline and sign up for my next certificate program here at eCornell 3 months early. I feel confident in my decision and have benefited from the results thus far and am looking forward to completing a second certificate here.

Very well structured courses. The information that was shared is related to real world scenarios. Proffessor Kimes' videos are very helpful and easy to understand. An overall positive experience and fun way to learn. I enjoyed most the business plans that I had to create and use all that I learned durning the courses. Thank you.

My professors for the Break Through Tech summer session labs were really nice and competent.

I recently completed the eCornell Business Contracts Certificate Program and found it to be an extremely valuable professional development experience. The program provided a practical and comprehensive approach to understanding contracts, from formation and key provisions through performance, enforcement, breach, and remedies.

What I appreciated most was the ability to immediately apply what I was learning to my day-to-day work. The courses strengthened my ability to review and draft contracts more thoughtfully, identify potential risks, understand the purpose behind key contractual provisions, and approach negotiations and contract management with greater confidence.

The real-world examples, case studies, and assignments helped move the material beyond theory and encouraged me to think critically about how contractual principles apply in actual business situations. I also appreciated the opportunity to engage with other professionals and learn from their perspectives and experiences.

Completing the Business Contracts Certificate has already influenced how I approach contracts professionally and has given me additional tools that I can bring back to my organization. I would highly recommend the program to professionals who work with contracts, compliance, legal operations, procurement, or business relationships and want to strengthen their practical understanding of contract law and contract management.

Overall, this was a worthwhile investment in my professional development, and I am very pleased that I completed the program.

What separates Cornell University's online programs from many others is the depth of learning provided by professors who are pioneers in the industry. The courses go beyond high-level concepts and provide the technical knowledge needed to apply what is learned to real-world projects. The combination of lectures and hands-on labs helped reinforce both the theory and practical application.

I also valued the weekly live sessions with facilitators who are actively working in the industry, including experts from AWS and other leading technology companies. Their insights added tremendous value to the program.

The Agentic AI Architecture certificate was practical, well structured, and genuinely useful for the kind of work I do in software engineering and production support. The exercises helped me move beyond general AI concepts and think through real constraints such as tool permissions, human review, reliability, security, and how to measure whether an AI solution is actually helping.

I especially appreciated that the coursework did not treat AI agents as fully autonomous by default. It pushed me to consider where human judgment needs to stay in the process and how organizational values should shape the design. I was able to apply the work directly to an internal idea for an AI-assisted production support investigation tool.

The course is a good fit for technical professionals who want to think more carefully about designing AI solutions that are useful, responsible, and realistic to implement.

It's a great way to develop some new skills in a specific topic which may be you have a special interested in it. The way the certification is thought is actually great. You have videos, excel work, written answer to write its very complete and interesting and helps you to gain new knowledge. I would recommend anyone who is interested in any new certification to go for it. :)

Over the past 9 weeks, alongside hundreds of other AI Fellows, I got hands-on experience with the full machine learning lifecycle, from data cleaning and preprocessing to model building and evaluation. I started with traditional ML algorithms like KNN, Decision Trees, and Logistic Regression, learning how to optimize and validate models using techniques like cross-validation and feature selection. From there, I moved into neural networks and computer vision, and wrapped up the course exploring cutting-edge topics in generative AI, including building AI chatbots, implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and working with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Beyond the coding exercises and weekly assignments, I put in real lab time each week applying these concepts to hands-on projects, which made the material click in a way lectures alone couldn't.

I really enjoyed completing my courses of Hospitality Management 360. The course content was engaging, practical, and highly relevant to my professional development. I especially appreciated the instructor video feedback, which provided helpful guidance and personalized insights throughout the course. Overall, it was a valuable and rewarding learning experience that strengthened my knowledge and skills.
