Hi I spoke to Kaylin who went through the new tariffs available. He wasn't afraid to check as he hadn't dealt with a Parish Council before. Ecosave Pay needs to include a category of Parish Council as there are 1,000s in the UK and the vast majority use electricity.

However, your company should bear in mind that on a "cold call" it can be a challenge for people working from home for charities (as opposed to in an office for other types of business) to have all necessary information at their fingertips. The estimate of a five minute call was some 35 minutes off the mark.
