Not worth the wait
It was late being dispatched & had to chase it up & it’s very disappointing for the price I paid. Poor in fact. Totally overpriced . If it had been good I was then going to explore into the more expensive products but will leave it now

We visited a hotel and loved the concept of the aroma as you entered the hotel.
We were recommended to Ecoscent through someone who used them for commercial projects but said they also offered products suitable for residential properties.

Thank you for raising this and I completely understand your frustration. I’m very sorry that your order has taken longer than expected to reach you. We know how important timely delivery is and this is not the experience we want for our clients.
For transparency, your order was placed during our festive closure period, with delivery first attempted shortly after we reopened. The courier then rearranged delivery at your request and the parcel is now due to be delivered today.

My first experience was great and we…
My first experience was great and we love the scent. However when I reordered the package arrived and the glass bottle inside was obviously broken.
I have tried emailing to ask for another bottle and asking how to return the broken one but have not had any response.
On such expensive scents the service level is not acceptable. I am over £150 out of pocket with nothing to show for it!
