Ecrater Avis 

It was so easy, everything went well and fast.

Extremely poor. Item was bought on 19/09/2021. Was told on 02/10/2021 that it had been dispatched. Item still has not arrived. When I chased I was told on 17/10/2021 that they MAY send it out for delivery this week. When I queried this I received this response 'PLEASE BE PATIENT DEAR 😓'

I found this response unhelpful and patronising. The item was a football shirt for a birthday of a 9 year old who is still waiting for his present.

Delivered within the hour impressive service

I ordered an old dvd from eCrater and was thrilled with the quick response and help from Peter. We watched this last night with a lot of pleasure. Thankyou for your excellent service. Could not recommend you more highly.

Highly recommend, they contacted me to take my contact number as it wasn't available on my PayPal. Informed me of the delivery which arrived via DHL. Excellent. Recommended them 100%

I ordered the huge King/Lepin Millennium Falcon building set from FamilyBudgetStore. I ordered from the UK.

The kit arrived within about 10 days, and whilst I haven't actually built it yet (will take weeks!) all seems in order; pieces are bagged and instructions are complete. Packaging was very sound - not in a branded original box but I wasn't expecting that and happy to forego it for cheaper shipping.

The communication from the sellers after I made the order was amazing. They were in regular contact, very friendly and kept me updated on dispatch etc.

I will definitely use them again once I have completed this set and looking for another.

This is scam website I paid two different items seller first said my first order she send the seeds and I said cancel my order and refund me she did not send me any refund and no reply.she send refund my second order and emailed me done for all.what do you mean am I fool please beware buyer

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago and I didn’t receive it. I emailed the seller twice asking for a tracking number & both of my emails was ignored. I then emailed Ecrater themselves explaining that the seller was not responding and Ecrater has also ignored my emails. This is obviously a scam website. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they refunded back my money after I raised a complaint.

Used to order windows activation key. received it and its working fine.

This is my first order through this site.
I placed 2 orders which came from 2 suppliers.
The goods were as discribed, and delivery was less then a month.
I will use this site again.

The experience was great and everything happened smoothly. When I purchased the key, there was good information that helped me activate the key. This was the first time buying from Ecrater but this won't be the last time.

Quick and easy to use. Delighted with CD when it arrived. Would definitely buy from them again. Only small issue I had was delivery took longer than advised but definitely worth the wait.

Outstanding service. I had many questions by email and was answered immediately (it was almost like a skype call). Very consise and helpful response quickly followed by order dispatch. Couldn't have been any better.
