I think it is good but whatever country your in like england for example it won't come so fast because of the corona virus so if ur on uk order it from uk and different countrys order it from your country.

BE CAREFUL!!! Ordered something 2 months ago,the money has been taken but no way of contacting seller as to where my order has disappeared to.

Ordered an xbox one s skin for a birthday present in March. It said on the confirmation email 14 days for delivery. It's now been 7 weeks and the tracking number says it still hasn't even left China yet. Have contacted them on more then one occasion and all they say is well it was free delivery and depends on international weather. They can't tell me when it will arrive or any other details. They have offered no apology for the delays and are extremely unhelpful. I would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. They advertise on a UK website but it comes from China. So better off buying from wish for half the price. At least their customer service is much better.

Once I purchased from the seller ecrater kept me up to date with my tracking number & a courteous email, which was really reassuring.

You won’t even get back to my complaints about products which were never sent by your sellers?! I have sent 4 different complaints and not even one response! Awful. I have spent money and been robbed with no assistance by you!

I thought I'd give this a go as like a lot of people I'm tired of the anti seller business practices over at the Bay. Even better they had an importer for carrying over my stock. So I signed up, I linked my Bay account I went to the importer and. Nothing. According to Ecrater I have less than 20 fixed price items so the importer wouldn't work. Which is odd as I have over 1000 fixed price items on the Bay. A complete waste of time.

1st time using Ecrater and the seller Blinds345, could not find the brackets in the Uk that we’re reasonably priced, bought these from USA very reasonably priced including postage, great communications from the seller, delivered in time, can’t fault them, can highly recommend Ecrater and Blinds345.

Great value little mini figure. The price was almost too good to be true, with a very reasonable shopping fee. Good quality toy extremely well priced. Shipping was quite quick too and well within time stated. I had one question to the seller and I was responded to on the same day with a very honest,detailed reply, very helpful and actually sounded like a real seller, some times it can seem like you are dealing with a mass production company, but this seller was very personable and polite. Highly recommend and will be using them again in future, the toys are so competitively priced, not a terrible version lime you can some times receive.

The item was dispatched not long after I order. I was a bit worried as it took long to arrive but I guess it is the usual amount of time when items are sent from China but the communication with the seller was the key: She always replied to my emails very quickly to reassure me and give me more detail. She was patient and professional. I will definitely buy again from her :-)
