Outstanding - genuinely

We've had many IT Suppliers over the years. We're a 80 man financial services/tax business, and I myself am pretty tech literate and have been actively involved in the management of our various IT Providers, and have been on the sharp end of price gouging/poor service at times. Not here.

ECS are a breath of bloody fresh air. Phenomenal customer service, totally transparent, reasonable pricing, and you're always dealing with the "real deal" in terms of technical knowledge. No wait times, just great service and great people. Again, and again, and again. Couldn't recommend the company highly enough. Dom @ Bonham & Brook.

ECS always provide the highest level of service and are instantly available to help troubleshoot any problem. The team are friendly, engaging and will source the root of any issue no matter the time of day, to ensure our business is operating efficiently. Additionally, they are forthcoming with initiatives they believe could improve and support the business.
