The fact that someone is keeping up…
The fact that someone is keeping up with the needed paperwork. It would be better if the person you deal with spoke in American English without the heavy accent. I have a hard time understanding what they are saying. However, I greatly appreciate the work they have to do to keep up with the changes the government is going through right now.
