Arrived yesterday for my treatment and was warmly welcomed by the lovely Helena. She always has a smile on her face! Dr. Aoife is so informative and sweet, I truly trust her with her knowledge and opinions of what's best for me. I recommend the Portlaoise clinic to all my friends.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. I go to Dr. Lydia and she is fabulous, always so helpful but what I really value is her sincere recommendations without being pushy or sales focused.

Did a treatment and am very unhappy with their way of working. Even though the staff and doctor are friendly, a lot of things went incorrectly.

Communicated the treatments clearly in the consulting, also got it confirmed on whatsapp, talked about it again during the treatment.

First problem: under eye filler being clearly uneven. After pushing, came back the same day to get it corrected. Doctor directly said it was because the fatsack under my right eye was bigger so it can’t ever be even. A doctor could see this beforehand and say this during the consult so you have a choice is you want the treatment uneven or want a different approach.

Second mistake: told them they misplaced my left noisefold filler which leaves an extra weird bump instead of reducing the noise fold line. They then mentioned it should give it more time because the doctor put another substance in there than discussed beforehand. Besides it still being misplaced, I don’t think it should be allowed to just put something else than discussed and approved off beforehand in someones face. If the doctor mid appointment thinks something else would be better, you discuss that.

They offered to correct the noisefold again ,nice of them, but I wouldn’t go back there. So this leaves me with a decent amount that has been paid for incorrect treatments, on top with costs I’ll have to get it dissolved and done properly. For the prices they charge you should be able to expect precise and honest work.have had other things done and have never experienced something like this.

Offering adding more product as a solution when clearly it had been done wrong already is not a solution. I do not trust this clinic anymore to touch my face so offering a touch up is not valid compensation for putting other substances than agreed on in once face and besides that also misplacing it. Never had a clinic be so unprofessional before. They take no accountability at all and I now have to pay a lot to get this resolved by someone actually qualified, besides looking off for weeks since dissolving this will be a process on itself.

The worse ever clinic experience.
I had a Botox treatment here and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, the doctor assured me there would be no side effects, but unfortunately I experienced very bad side effects afterwards.

I was also told someone would call me to check in after the treatment, but that never happened. Instead, I received an email saying the manager would call me. Over the last few weeks there have been multiple excuses — she was sick, her child was sick, she lost her voice — and I was even asked to wait 40 minutes for a call that never came.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of follow-up and aftercare is disgraceful and very unprofessional, especially after a medical treatment where patients should feel supported and looked after. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Tried Eden to switch from other place was going to, to switch up the Botox type. Botox was not strong enough, and short of two weeks by two days. Previous place would accommodate my busy schedule. Eden would not. I found Eden very impersonal. Would not recommend with so many other places available. Customer service makes all the difference.

Over all customer service and experience was great. While receiving my procedure, Dr.Jessie was amazing- informative, gentle and kind! It was my first time with Eden and it was the smoothest and satisfying experience!

EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, from start to finish. I knew exactly what was going to happen, which eased my nerves. Dr Ali explained the procedure and the surgeon did exactly what was explained. I was very nervous but the whole experience was so much better than I could have ever expected. Everyone in the clinic answered all my questions (no matter how silly) nothing was an issue or too much. There was absolutely nothing more, the doctor or surgeon could have done to ease my mind. And as someone who is used to being in control, I felt really relaxed. The results are much more than I expected. Amazing from start to finish.

I was a little nervous about this experience but Doctor Mildred was so calm and professional that I felt totally relaxed. Delighted with the results and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. Thank you !
