Really unhappy with the delivery service.
It always takes up to 10 days which is a lot having companies delivering within 2 days.
Some strains have little flavour and are very dry, with no resin.

A lot of feedback are saying they’ve received their order so quickly but that was not the case for me. I’ve placed an order on Tuesday and I’ve received my order only the next Tuesday. But this is not the worst, I’ve placed an order for 3 varieties of CBD flowers, my order has been shipped in two parcels, one with two varieties and the second one with the last varieties I’ve bought. I’ve received only one of the two parcels, when I’ve checked the tracking I’ve noticed there was an issue because the two parcel were in two different delivery center one in London and one in Liverpool where I live, so I’ve received only the one that was in Liverpool the other one has been delivered I don’t know where but near to London I guess.
I’ve already sent them two emails with no answers yet, I’m feeling scammed as I didn’t receive my whole order. And by the way the quality of their CBD flowers is quite bad so avoid this website it doesn’t seems professional.

Received my cbd wax and cbd Rosin late, this was due to Royal Mail strikes. This company was willing to resend me the exact order again until I told them it’s ok and don’t send another order because I had received it but they still are going to send a free cbd shatter! Customer service? Incredible! The cbd wax and cbd rosin? Definitely incredible! Highly recommended! Suffer from anxiety due to being a former prison officer and it’s helping me immensely.

I ordered some Zen Paw for dogs from this company and it arrived without any dosing instructions. It has not been possible to find any online either.
Given it would be dangerous to dose a dog without knowing amounts, I have still not been able to use this product.
After sending 10 emails to Edensgate, I have not had a single reply.

Avoid.

I ordered Friday night, received on Tuesday. I was a little unsure when ordering but everything came and tbh it's actually not that bad! The vanilla kush is really nice but the banana chunk is abit earthy. Will deffo be ordering again and trying a few different flavours 5* so far

Brilliant from start to finish! Website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I think my personal data has been sold to a third party. I keep receiving spam text messages despite trying to block them. Buyers beware.

Really easy to navigate webstore with plenty of clear information to help with my purchase. I placed an order during the postal strike so there was a delay in the delivery but the team at Edens Gate responded promptly to my emails and were very helpful in their communication.
The packaging was good and the actual product was in a sealed air-tight pocket. Unbelievable quality product- completely blew me away with the smell, texture and taste. Can’t wait to try more!

Just placed my second order I’m very quickly falling in love with this company after issues with my first order (no fault of Edens gate and was a Royal Mail issue) Lisa was kind enough to compensate me not only with a discount off my next purchase but also a freebie which stunned me some reviews state bad customer service and orders not upto standards but I am yet to experience this for myself Lisa was always quick to try and correct any issues even if it’s not Edens gate error with politeness and honesty Lisa has been a star both Lisa and Edens gate don’t get the credit they deserve I am happy to support edens gate with my purchases they certainly have a new customer 10/10 totally recommend the lemon haze and blueberry haze I find the products soothing and relaxing and I’m really looking forward to trying more flavours and I’m very excited to get my order if your reading this wondering if to make a purchase 100% try Edens gate

Edens Gate, what an absolutely brilliant company!
I have recently tried a few online companies to purchase CBD hash to help me manage pain from an old injury and nobody has even come close to Edens Gate!
Their range of products is fantastic and the quality of their CBD hash is unlike anything else I have been able to find so far, it is incredible! I have been using their Biscotti hash, it has an amazing flavour and really helps a lot with pain and relaxation. Their delivery is great too and my orders usually arrive very quickly.
I recently had a small issue with one of my orders and their customer service was brilliant, many thanks Lisa.
I'm so impressed with Edens Gate. If you're thinking about trying them for the first time, stop reading this and make an order. You won't be disappointed.

First time using this company, placed my order last Wednesday, it is now nearly a week later (6 days) and my order still hasn't shipped, no response to email...nothing. £30 down the drain

I have bought from this company 4 or 5 times and had great quality product from them.. when I had a problem with a shipment they sorted it out very quickly, most impressed with the quality of products and professional service.

I have used Edens Gate CBD a few times now and have found them to be very easy to order from. Delivery is always prompt, and I am very happy with the service.
I tried Vanilla Kush and find it to be very calming, which is wonderful for anxiety, and it sends me off to sleep. I would highly recommend
