OK, but poor installation video
Quick and easy ordering, delivery no problem although the box was trashed. Contents OK though. Installation is straightforward but don't follow the Edge video, it does a really poor job of explaining, and there are no actual text instructions, or any diagrams that would have made it much easier. I eventually found Simon Longworth's video on YouTube, which made it all clear.

Evri damaged my parcel and I had to get a replacement. Contacted support team and with in a couple hours my replacement parcel was on its way.

Easy Installation and Looks Great
Arrived perfectly, setup was fairly easy and installed in under an hour. 3 sit perfect but one has a slight wobble but is secure. Looks perfect with a dark grey car and looks sleek. Would highly recommend! 🙌🏽

Easy fit so far so good no complaints took about 2 hours to window to register the visors

Clips didn’t fit.
Really quick delivery.
Followed all the instructions and found the installation video really helpful.
Installed in no time at all on a VW T-Roc.
However the clips just kept pinging out. Not one of the 10 clips provided would fit on any window.
I’ve left them on and will see if they stay fixed without the clips. If not I will be back.

After receiving a damaged edge visor from Amazon due to the couriers mishandling the edge visor support team got back to my email and helped and sent me a replacement out

Visors fit all years of VW Up!
Manufacturer stated that the visors sold for the VW Up Could only be guaranteed to fit up to a 2019 car.
I entered into conversation with them having checked with VW and the various online forums and social media and was told the glass and doors has never changed despite the model being face lifted .
I ordered a set and they fit perfectly and I conveyed my results to the manufacturer with photos.

Don't fit my car
Ordered last November, but only got around to fitting now. I watched the video, but only one of them fit without much trouble, the other 3 I fiddled with for nearly 2 hours to get the to fit properly and be able to shut my windows without issue. Eventually one of the rear ones snapped at the end. Definitely not the right fit for my car, I wish I'd just bought the OEM ones now.
