Speedy service which was just what was needed, being locked out with a dog in the house! Highly recommended - would use again, but certainly hope that's unnecessary....

Very good but very expensive
Overall a very good job and would have been excellent if ‘face plate’ hadn’t fallen off after 2 days. Was only stuck on with glue and inadequate.

Very quick and efficient service. The locksmith was with us in 20 mins. He was so kind and reassuring with my panic in having to call him out in the first place. A first class service who I would recommend to anybody.

Professional and prompt
He arrived promptly and with the correct lock having first phoned to get details of job to be done. He was polite and friendly and made sure that the new lock worked to my satisfaction.

Great service
Great service. Arrived quickly for an emergency because someone had fallen in the house. Got me in within seconds and fitted a new lock. Locksmith was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Second time I’ve used this company.

Professional, friendly and efficient
The locksmith turned up the morning he was called, identified the problem, explained what was necessary and got on with it. He was polite, friendly, extremely professional and a perfectionist in his work. He did a great job.
