Purchased a table saw for $389(?) and…
Purchased a table saw for $389(?) and the switch failed within a short time. Uploaded video and photos of problem and they sent a replacement switch. This failed within weeks. was asked to send item back via their transport company which cost $110. Took 4 weeks to get to them to check. Problem was a faulty switch same as first time. Although their communication was good, adding in freight costs makes the item a $600 purchase. Their are better ones for that price. So now I am without a table saw for my little home business and out of pocket. Not happy.

We have read your feedback and are genuinely sorry to hear about the repeated switch failure, the delay in the inspection process, and the frustration regarding the return shipping cost. This is certainly not the standard of quality or service we aim to provide.
We understand your concern about the $110 freight cost. Please allow us to clarify our standard returns policy: https://www.edisons.com.au/customer-service#returns
Within 60 days of the customer purchasing the item, we may provide details allowing the return of the item at no cost to the customer. Following this 60 day period, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
However, given that you have experienced two consecutive failures of the same part and have now been without a working saw for an extended period, we recognise that this situation is exceptional.
To make this right and ensure you have a reliable tool for your business as quickly as possible, we have decided to override the standard replacement parts process and will send you a brand new replacement table saw unit.
You have waited a couple of weeks already, and we want to ensure you receive a fully functional saw without further delay.
Please reply to that email at your earliest convenience so we can confirm your details and process the dispatch of your new table saw as soon as it arrives.
We deeply value your business and hope that this resolution demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction. We look forward to getting your new saw to you quickly.

I was a little concerned that the only contact with Edisons is via Email.
However, dealing with them was a dream. Order Taken, payment done and the same day it was shipped.
I was also kept informed by means of tracking.
My generator was exactly what I ordered and in good order.
Ordered on Friday late afternoon from Sydney, and it was delivered in Brisbane Tuesday Am.
Well done, happy to buy off Edisons again if needed.
Hunter transport were good to deal with. The driver was very helpful.

PolyCool 30L review
Quick and easy purchase process with fast delivery.The Polycool 30l is a great size with easy to operate features.I'm so impressed that I am considering buying another.The only issue I have encountered is debris and a screw left inside the tank which required skill to remove the rear panel to access and clean the tank.

I do not recommend buying any products…
I do not recommend buying any products from this website. If you change your mind or make a mistake with your order, it’s almost impossible to get your full money back. They deduct ridiculous “handling fees” and other unnecessary charges, and you still have to pay for delivery on top of that. The whole refund process is frustrating and unfair. Definitely not recommended.

Had a little trouble working out how to get upper box out, no way of downloading instructions, managed to work it out, one wheel would not go in because of damage to the receiver tube. Other than that I still gave four stars.
