I opted for the "Mastering DevOps: Automating the Software Delivery Pipeline" program by PwC. Nowadays, Edureka is misleading people with PwC content. I don’t know how they select trainers for the material presented in any PwC course, as not all hands-on activities are conducted by the trainers. Sometimes, the trainers say, "Sorry, this is not in the curriculum shared with me by Edureka." Students enroll in the course after checking out the Edureka website, so why don’t they stop hiring trainers who lack knowledge of the given topics? They teach everything from here and there but not the actual content. Because of this, I have enrolled in many courses, hoping for a change, but no progress has been made. They hire low-budget trainers who try to complete the curriculum within a week. I don’t know whom they are competing with and for what, but they have taken a lot of money from students.

My strong recommendation for all upcoming students is not to join any PwC course. Not just PwC; I have enrolled in most of the master’s programs related to DevOps, and many trainers have failed to deliver good content. Many times, trainers are changed when negative ratings are given, but Edureka still doesn’t seem to understand.

From my side, it’s a zero rating for Edureka.

The "Mastering DevOps: Automating the Software Delivery Pipeline" program by PwC is more of a refresher course. People have joined the course without prior knowledge of DevOps, and my money feels wasted. I learned no new content, and there was no advanced hands-on experience covered by the trainer, which was mentioned in the Edureka website curriculum. This timeframe is too short for learning all the topics covered. Please don’t call this course a master’s; call it a refresher next time. At the very least, you must know that no advanced topics can be taught in just four classes, especially with only 2-3 hours per class. Otherwise, consider a boot camp format with longer hours. This is the worst platform for learning advanced topics.

Edureka is the best place to get technical courses. It has 24*7 support for getting help for any doubts. Whenever I get any issues or doubts i raise a ticket and get the support in a moment only.

I recently purchased the Snowflake Developer from Edureka. I would like to share my feedback on both the course and the support team. Firstly, I'd like to highlight the assistance I received from Lokesh. For my specific concern regarding course related, we connected over the phone, and Lokesh provided clear and effective guidance to resolve it. As for the course itself, the content was well-structured, and the instructor demonstrated in-depth knowledge, making the learning experience smooth and engaging. Overall, my experience with Edureka has been highly positive, and I appreciate the support and dedication of the entire team.

I purchased 2 courses but they enrolled me in other courses without my permission. I was saying that I am not interested. But they dint bother.. raised a ticket and called them multiple times. But of no use. After seeing all these reviews why can't we together raise a complaint on them in consumer court and we will show their real face to the people. Anybody interested in raising a complaint in consumer court.

Very poor Customer service.
I had to call in multiple times for my project evaluation.
Then I had a interview scheduled and requested the provisional certificate or proof that I will receive a certificate.
Even for that I have to call in multiple times and every time they gave me a false hopes that it will be in your email in next 24 hours. It has been 4 days and there 24 hours haven't completed.
That job interviewer call me and warned me not to apply until you receive the certificate, and I also lost the job.

The course is amazing i have taken Advance certificate program in data science and AI

I have purchased some courses from Edureka and now Edureka buys in my name with my credit card further courses which I have not ordered or purchased and charges my credit card for these new courses they have in the program. Each month my bill increases without any courses I need.
Someone from Edureka goes obviously with my credit card shopping . Edureka is really a very fraudulent company. Please stay far away from them if you do not want to get the victim of their fraudulent activities.
