Continuing from my previous review, I had another email come through from them that stated I am entitled to a scholarship!

Once they have your contact info, you cannot unsuscribe anymore. They keep bombarding you with emails. Also sales team trying to force you to buy courses. Stay away from this.

Had a Good Learning experience with Edureka

I made a payment to them and have the invoice saying I paid. I keep getting emails and messages that I owe them money even though I send them their invoice marked paid. They are threatening to remove my access to the courses I have purchased. I have opened support tickets that keep getting closed with no resolution.

this is the worst learning site ever, do not get fooled by their marketing schemes, initially they promise you fake promise assistance and later don't even expect reply even after continuous follow ups

I have completed devops program that was great experience to learn lot.

Enquire and get hounded with calls and texts. Very pushy sales tactics. Sign up, get no material or access and then be told they don’t offer refunds despite having not sent me access to the material(hence request for refund). The content of the course looked great but I’m afraid to say I have to agree with all the other reviews and confirm it is indeed a SCAM! Within minutes of signing up, I’m then getting emails from all kinds of spurious email addresses which makes it evident that they are only after your data to sell on. Wish I’d read more reviews first.

When I get enrolled at Edureka in a course that was advertised as being approved by Electronics and ICT IIT Guwahati. Given this endorsement, I expected a high standard of instruction and support. However, my experience throughout the course has been quite disappointing and does not reflect the quality I anticipated from an IIT-affiliated program.
Firstly, the cost of the course was significantly high, presumably due to the association with IIT Guwahati. Unfortunately, during the entire course tenure, it never felt like an IIT-standard program. The quality of the trainers was particularly lacking, with none of them meeting the high standards typically associated with IIT. Their teaching methods and expertise did not align with the expectations set by the course's prestigious endorsement.
This disparity between the promised quality and the actual experience has been a major letdown. I believe that for the high fees charged, the course should deliver top-notch instruction and comprehensive support, reflective of IIT standards. However, this was not the case, and I feel that I did not receive the value for money I expected.
While the course carried the name of IIT Guwahati, the experience fell short in terms of trainer quality and overall execution. This discrepancy needs to be addressed to ensure that future students receive the quality education they are promised and deserve.
Additionally, I have completed PGP course with Edureka, it gives mixed feelings about my experience. While the course content is undoubtedly informative and well-designed, I found that the trainer was more focused on completing the maximum number of topics in the shortest time possible. This approach felt rather formalistic and didn't allow us, the students, to fully grasp the material.
One major shortcoming is the lack of a dedicated lab provided by Edureka. The reliance on a free tier account for both AWS and Azure severely limits the practical implementation of what we've learned. This significantly hampers the hands-on experience that is crucial for mastering these technologies.

Furthermore, the quality of the trainers needs improvement. It became apparent that better-qualified trainers could have enhanced the learning experience by providing deeper insights and more interactive sessions.
Another significant issue is Edureka's reachability. The only way to contact them is through support tickets, which is incredibly frustrating. The absence of one-on-one sessions, which were promised during admission, adds to the dissatisfaction.
The administration department seems solely focused on selling the courses. Post-enrollment, there appears to be a lack of concern for the students' ongoing experiences and challenges.
Additionally, I raised a support ticket for resume building, interview preparation, mock interviews, and placement assistance. It's been two months, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or assistance. This lack of response has been incredibly disappointing and has left me feeling quite unhappy with the overall service.
In summary, while the course content is valuable, Edureka needs to address these significant issues to enhance the overall learning experience and student satisfaction.

Edureka course content, instructors and their support teams were excellent. They helped to answer queries and also provide support to get hands-on.

I completed my DevOps course from Edureka recently and it has been a wonderful journey of learning. The instructors are very knowledgeable and hands on and were very accomodating to explain concepts to students coming from diverse background. Being a database developer for 10 + years I have wanted to expand my knowledge and experience to devops. Edureka has made it very easy for me to learn new technologies and platform. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning devops.
