Superb service
From the original valuation and throughout the whole process Simon and team were professional and friendly. All queries were dealt with promptly. The property particulars were well laid out with lovely photographs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Edwards & Co and have in fact done so on more than one occasion.

Impressive results!
We were recommended to use Edwards & co, best recommendation we could have had. Simon Edwards and his team hand held us through the entire process. The valuation Simon gave us was spot on and resulted in a very successful sale. The communication received from him and his team was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

As he has such expert knowledge in our local areas, he will usually only sometimes to lose out to other agents who drastically overprice a property just to secure the instruction. However it is often the case that these properties are then reduced in price within weeks of them going onto the open market. Our integrity would never allow us to consider these practices and that is also reflected in my dedicated team who are often referred to as not 'typical estate agents' - a badge that we wear with honour. Edwards & co sold our house and we found them to be very professional. Their house photos were great and their open day organisation first class. If we ever move again they will be our estate agent of choice!

Edwards and Co always involve themselves in local community events, you will have seen them at the Rhiwbina summer and winter fetes and serving coffee at the firestation on bonfire night! Their staff are always very friendly and I especially love Edward the office dog!
