I have been purchasing Edwards hams for 25+ years and this purchase was by far the most disappointing. There seems to have been a change in the way the ham is cooked as it doesn’t seem to be the same VA country ham as in the past. I was surprised that it was shipped from Missouri. Additionally, in the past, you could indicate when you desired the ham to be shipped. This year, the option was asap or Christmas. I don’t consider Dec 3rd, when it was delivered, as Christmas.

It was great at Thanksgiving. Sliced with ease and plenty to go around and OH, that country ham flavor, SO Good! No photos, ate it all!

I ordered this ham as a gift and chose for to be delivered for a Christmas delivery. It was delivered on December 3rd…no where near Christmas! The ham was great as my recipient loved it but it was more like Thanksgiving left overs than Christmas ham. I won’t buy from Edwards again!!

I was born and raised in Virginia....this was a good country ham. Would have preferred a whole ham (bone-in), but not enough people to justify it...

I got this ham for my son and couple other Navy guys They rated it as the best ham they ever had I get this ham for my self also And I would agree this is an excellent country ham

Not the country ham I grew up with. No flavor. Not Edwards. Don't give up...keep trying to make it better.

My great aunt and uncle served some of the best meats from their smoke house. The Edward’s boneless country half of a ham tasted wonderful. Sliced thinly the prepared ham presented well to our families. And made for great snacking.
