The ham and the sausages were excellent just what I expected. That only was you call it the product I call it. Excellent ham and sausage. The service was above and beyond such a difference from the supermarket. Keep up the good work.

You can add apple juice to the skillet while frying and that should lessen some of the salt content on the ham steaks.

The ham slice was spoiled. Was black in center. Had terrible odor when cooking. Had to throw out. Sausage delicious. Have not tried bacon. But was very disappointed with the ham.

Noothing special about anything in this sampler. Ham was very salty. Sausage and bacon were just medicore. For the price point, this is not worth the money. I cannot recommend this sampler.
