Great flavor. The country ham was are breakfast addition over the holidays. The boneless sweet ham is making great sandwiches and will make a great go to dinner. The large sweet ham we kept half frozen for later great meals.

The country ham was the absolute best. Great taste, not too much salt, perfect. It made the best omelet and ham biscuits. Have not tried the other ham yet
