Heel netjes geholpen door een dame van de Engelse support. (Opzeggen van een nummer) Helaas zijn de NL nummers op de site al jaren niet meer in gebruik. De dienst werkt verder probleemloos.

Good services from John B. and eFax.
Initially I got some problems to start. But after John. B support during the working hours, the problems were solved smoothly and I am quite happy with 1) high quality services of John B. offered. 2) efficient faxing services Efax provided.
Though for now I don't need Efax service, I would definitely come back if we need a fax service again. And I will also recommend Efax to my friends.

Efax is OK
Years ago I had a number from Efax. Allways excellent use of this. But in the modern world I didn't need to fax anymore so I terminated the membership. But through the years I thought sometimes 'I wish I had still eFax again' but never had a membership. Then I wanted to fax again and thought now is the time. I will become member again. So I sent 2 faxes. And after that..........no fax anymore. Because I had to pay € 15,-- per month and I don't know when to fax in the future I terminated my membership again..............sigh.

Toestemmingsverklaring voor ziekenhuis in Duitsland...
Vanwege een wekenlang durende ziekenhuisopname van een familielid in Duitsland, was ik veel in Duitsland. Maar net op een dag dat ik op mijn werk in Den Haag was, moest er een toestemmingsformulier worden getekend voor een operatie. Het ziekenhuis mag dat in Duitsland blijkbaar alleen per fax doen. Maar op mijn werk hebben we al 3 jaar geen fax meer. Uiteindelijk heb ik via eFax een faxnummer geregeld, en kon ik vanaf m'n mobieltje met de app van eFax gewoon faxen ontvangen en versturen! Geweldig!! En ook de helpdesk is heel behulpzaam! Dank jullie wel eFax!

Als jarenlange trouwe klant (Advocaat) ben ik zeer tevreden over de aangeboden diensten van Efax. Mocht er zich onverhoopt toch een probleempje voordoen (bijvoorbeeld een vervallen creditkaart) dan wordt dit zeer snel en zeer professioneel verholpen door de servicedesk. Efax is dan ook een absolute aanrader voor elke gebruiker van faxdiensten.
