Effortless Swimming Avis 194

I bought a standard pair of clear nano clear goggles. They have proved to be the most comfortable ever in 35 years open water swimming (incl two English Channels). Over the past few months in both pool and sea, they have never fogged, leaked or needed adjustment during a session. The clarity is amazing. I never need to touch them whether training for an hour or six hours. Absolute perfection. Maybe next will be the same but with prescription lenses...............if Brenton develops them.

Great exercises, great support, this just works well.

I used Brenton's program and it delivered more than promised. Coaches/Other swimmers in the pool would stop and say 'wow' I didn't recognise you, your technique has improved so much. Moved from 2:15 100ms in 4 k swims to 1:53 open water for ~ 4 km. I'd glide past other swimmers, with fewer strokes, less noise, less splash. Oh and I'm over 60 years old

Great technical input..I guess I now understand more about how to swim, problem i have although I feel technically I'm a better swimmer it's not translating to improved times over 1km/ 2km ocean swims...but reality is I'm 80 years old this year and sticking on 2min per 100m...but I'm so happy tonight swim for the love of it

Bought a pair of Nanoclear goggles. Do exactly what was promised in the advert. Perfect.

My partner swims, ocean and pool, and has struggled finding goggles that don't fog and or leak. I purchased some Nanoclear goggles and he has been very happy with how they work. They fit well and he hasn't had to stop and re- adjust or de fog them. So 10/10 from a happy customer. 👍

Excellent service and really pleased with how clear the goggles stay, whether swimming laps at the pool or swimming in the ocean. No more stopping at the end of each lap to defog the goggles!

This guy is the coaching bomb. His online tutorials are clear , have demonstrations and explanations. Ive learned soo much from watching and listening and being able to reproduce it in the water. 5 gold stars!

Goggles delivered as promised and expected. They fit perfectly, don't leak and haven't yet fogged. They might seem expensive, but they work as promised, and that's so much better than buying items you have to immediately throw away or endure because they're cheap and just don't work.

Overall, these are good goggles for training purposes, though I wouldn’t use them for races.
The grip isn’t great, so water sometimes gets in when I push off the wall or dive at the start. To prevent this, I have to press the goggles more firmly against my face, which helps but isn’t ideal.
The anti-fog coating works reasonably well, but it’s not 100% effective. Over time, the lenses gradually become a bit foggy. I’ve been using them twice a week for about four months, and considering that, I still think the anti-fog performance is quite decent.
In terms of comfort, they’re very pleasant to wear. They fit well, even for an Asian face shape. I’ve had issues with nose bridges on other goggles before, but this wasn’t a problem with these.

I've never been a competitive swimmer, just for fitness, but I am really impressed by what I've seen and accessed. Very clear and helpful, and I believe would be of benefit to swimmers of all abilities.

I have attended a camp and had various coaching sessions with Brenton over the years. I thoroughly enjoy his thoughtful and encouraging approach to coaching. As an older adult, I find his gentle but experienced manner to analysis and the ideas he gives me something to take with me on every swim.

Brenton’s videos are very helpful and practical, suitable for all levels of capability. I have also found the goggles he sells about the best I’ve used for anti-fog in ocean swimming use.

The Goggles. After three months swimming in public pools and the ocean, all I have done is washed the goggles in fresh water. They have maintained their clarity.
Swim instruction. Clearly illustrated and described techniques broken into applicable exercises that offer beneficial improvement.

I love Brenton's regular YouTube videos as you always pick up something each time. Brenton provides incredibly useful advice and breaks the stroke down into bite size chunks so you can determine what pieces to work on without feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend following Effortless Swimming if you are an open water swimmer.
