Wrong order sent to me completely
I ordered pink bliss from the website which showed pink and white roses and pink carnations which are plentiful now, for a birthday.
They sent me 4red roses and purple painted baby's breath for 33.99 euros, which I could have picked up in Aldi or any supermarket for 7.99 euros ,10.99 euros at a push, the whole experience was ruined and I did not get the flowers I wanted, I contacted customer service via their website as they don't have a pH number, Abby from customer service later that day replied and said from looking at my photos I sent that I was to wait 48 hrs for the flowers to open, !!!!! The roses were well open and baby's breath does not open any more than it was, I'm 63 as it was for my birthday that's a lot of money to spend on by eflorist who did not send me my order that I wanted ,and just sent any flowers and took my money, I will give an update to see if they will collect the wrong order of flowers they sent and send me the correct order I wanted or a refund as I requested, bitterly bitterly disappointed, and as I'm senior with ordering online I thought they could be trusted, as I said I will update when I hear from them
