Didn’t even want to give them one star. Ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday. They arrived a day late. Box was squashed at one end. It had been a hot couple of days and the lilies were wilted. Really disappointed. My friend took photos which I sent to customer services. No apology given for delay. I was told that it was normal for the flowers to arrive like that and that after a day they would recover. They didn’t. Also customer services’ instructions included trimming the stems every few days. Laughable. There wouldn’t have been any flowers left. Have used both Marks and Spencer and NEXT before and should have stuck with them. This company shouldn’t be in business.
WASTE OF TIME - DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
Ordered flowers for a lady who gave birth. Placed my order and they were delivered 2 days late and the flowers were left outside. My order included chocolates as a free gift which were not delivered. To add to this, the greeting card/message was also not delivered with the flowers.
I complained and they said that they ran out of free gifts and did not want to delay the delivery of flowers. With regard to greeting card/message, they could not answer and told me to provide them with email address so that they can send an email with the greetings.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. WASTE OF TIME. NOT SURE HOW AND WHY THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.

Flowers arrived 2 hours before delivery time. They were left in a hot porch, chocolates were warm! There was no flower food in the box. Lots of leaves were broken and twisted. Next morning I threw 6 flowers out as they were dead! Rang company, they said they would send a replacement the next day.....they didn't turn up! I rang again! Next day one bunch turns up...NO flower food!! Rubbish flowers and rubbish service. Shop elsewhere.
Absolutely avoid at all costs
Absolutely avoid at all costs. My partner paid 40.00 for a boquet. When it arrived there were 6 flowers. I contacted the florist who delivered to complain about the standard of these flowers. They in turn replied that as they were ordered through e florist they only in fact recieve a small proportion of the money so a boquet is made up with the small amount they recieve as e florist keep a large proportion of what you pay. So the 40 my partner paid didnt actually go to the florist or i would have recieved 40.00 worth of flowers. Instead rip off e flowers kept most of the 40.00 and order a boquet for a little amount. Avoid these at all cost an order direct from a florist. I will be contacting trading standards as what you see isnt what you get.

I ordered Rose's a 100 to be exact for my wife on valentine's day. Ordered the flowers well in advance. Yet it was delivered after my wife finished work. What a waste of time.
Didn’t even make it to the flowers!
Didn’t even make it to the flower stage! Went through the whole ordering process, addresses, typing in message, payment etc to be told that the flowers weren’t available in my area. Picked a different bouquet, went through the whole process again only to get the same message. Pretty pathetic. Gave up, went to Arena and all ordered in half the time with no issues.
Disappointed
Its a nightmare! I purchased 100 roses for my mothers dirthday and when the flowers arrived they looked like a pile of roses that didnt make the supermarket standard!! They look like scraps of rejected flowers, I am so disappointed!!! 🤬🤬 The flowers they sent was no bigger than a 10p coin in diameter!! Its not even standard size roses its micro roses! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COSTS!
BEWARE They took my money and never delivered…
They took my money and never delivered the order. I tried calling numerous times and the phone would just ring out every time with no answer. Have emailed with no response and my credit card company can't recover the funds so I'm out of pocket $72.98 with nothing to show for it. their website has now been removed. They are a fraudulent company!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience - I paid for large size which was very expensive. Small size arrived and the flowers were pretty much dead. No one responded to my complaint, I will never use again. AVOID THIS COMPANY

They don't care if you get your order. Called to request refund over 7 times no call back. Answering service takes so much info every call and nothing gets done.
I really wanted 1800 flowers but Google redirect me to them some how.

Ordered Sympathy flowers. NEVER delivered. Requested again. Again Never Delivered!!! Cannot talk to company. Can only talk to their "Answering service" The Answering Service suggested I dispute the charge with my bank. Exactly what I did. This is the worse company to do business with you have ever experienced. Never again

Ordered flowers for a special occasion and they did not arrive on the date agreed. They arrived 24 hours later which was a waste of time as the event has now been and gone!
To me, this is a breach of contract as the item I paid for was not provided. They apologised and offered a 15% refund which I said was unacceptable. I sent a number of additional emails demanding they refund in full and have received no response at all.
DO NOT USE AS THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER.

I paid $62 for a get well flower arrangement and a ballon to be delivered to a family friend who had just had open heart surgery. The flowers were never delivered. I called the same day I placed the order and agin the next day. Both times, I was asked for my order information and was then told that someone would be in contact with me to confirm delivery. Now 3 days later, I had to contact my bank to report a claim/dispute against the alleged flower company.
Beautiful arrangement with same day delivery as promised
Eflowers had my order prepared and delivered same day as promised. These were for my mother for Mother's Day so with all the bad reviews I was worried she might not receive them. However, I ordered around 10am, as eflower's same day policy states orders to be received same day must be placed by noon, and my mom received her arrangement at her office at around 3pm. The arrangement was beautiful and included all of the flowers in the design on the website. Even now a week later the flowers are still fresh-looking, lively, and gorgeous. I know eflowers contracts out to local florists, but they managed my order perfectly...it truly made my mother's day.

Same story as everyone else. Flowers not delivered, and no response from company after 4 calls and 4 emails. We should all contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.
