eFon Avis 4

I purchased a EUR5 credit and the company debited Apply pay bank card EUR6.25 (69.84kr). On my eFon app there was EUR5 credit available. I live in Sweden and the price list for Sweden lineland is 0.01kr. However, when I purchased the credit and made a 4 mintues phone call to a medical centre in Sweden, my Efon balance was decreased från 69.84kr to 54.47kr, it costed 3.84kr per minute which was double so expensive than all the local mobile phone operators!

I have emailed this company on 8 Oct but the company got only EUR0.06 was deducted from my account. I got no reply to my question, how came 15.37kr (EUR1.4)missing?

I emailed this company again on 8 Oct but no reply. Today I email this company together with the official recipe fron the bank and apply for a refund for the hidden charge. EFon is a scam! Incorrected price list, unresponsive to customers and hidden charge.

We bought some credits and have requested the invoice several times, but no one is replying to our emails or messages. Could you please let us know how we can access the invoice?

I was looking for 0 stars. This app doesn't connect calls very much, and is buggy network. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS APP unless they fix it. There are many other apps like Boss revolution, Yello, etc.t.c. to choose from.
