I was very suspicious about an energy…
I was very suspicious about an energy funding company initially, however, Eco Generation proved to be very knowledgable and clear in their communication. Not over the top, but helpful. The fitters were punctual and worked quickly, leaving everything clean and tidy. The ten year guarantee was always an incentive.

Five Star Quality, Value and Service.
From the initial contact to the finshed products, an excellent experience. The 'No-pressure' Sales staff were clear, knowledgeable and helpful, advising on the range of products available. The two fitting staff assigned to the installation were courteous and friendly, very competent, thorough and efficient. I was very pleased with the finished products, especially my new composite door, which was truly stunning. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and its staff.

An excellent service. The glass panels were fitted quickly and efficiently and the old glass was recycled. Minor existing problems were also solved by the friendly and helpful fitters

The company provided an excellent service: there was no "pushy" salesman but rather a visit from an informed consultant who demonstrated the product and its benefits clearly. Promise Fulfilled
I can only say that this company has lived upto its promises. I have had 15 windows replaced and they look great. I had a problem with one set of windows but this was sorted in no time at all. Great team of workers.

Double glazed window pane and frame renewal - Eco Generation
You can be dubious of receiving calls out of the blue from such companies, as i was initially, but having agreed to a free efficiency analysis of our double glazing, windows and doors, i was reassuringly surprised by the speed of service, knowledge and information, agreeing to a full installation survey and cost of those units we wanted replacing. An installation date was agreed. The fitters arrived on time, were courteous, well mannered and above all knew their job. Thinking they would do well to finish in the day - i was both wrong and impressed. Issues arising with one of the window carcass replacements meant another visit was necessary involving the erection of scaffolding, which they organised. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent regarding time scale and procedure, something which is often lacking in my experience. The troublesome window was replaced without too much hassle in the new year. I have to say well done Eco Generation, thought the service was superb.
