We use this portal on a regular basis. The platform itself works great. I just don't like receiving one of these surveys EVERY SINGLE TIME we use it.

The app had to many clicks not user friendly. After I figured out how to use the app it wouldn't allow me to select Amazon gift card due to how my company had me configured as being in Denmark; however, I have always worked in the US and have never left the US. This caused delay in obtaining GC. After situation was escalated to your IT I was able to obtain the Amazon GC.

Stacy, glad we were able to work through it. As we said, please let your IT team know your IP address resolves as Denmark. Unfortunately that is not something we can control!

I never received a email with my gift…
I never received a email with my gift card information on it. When I went back to the regular email it told me I had a zero Balance. This broke my kiddos heart that he wasn't able to use his gift card.

Hi there. The email for your Amazon.com gift card was sent on 01/18/2026 09:21 AM EST and you claimed it a minute later. The card you went back to was the original Choice Card, and it correctly had a zero balance because you had already redeemed it for Amazon.
