Faulty product not replaced under warranty!!!
I purchased a Fitbit watch which after being worn a handful of times has proved to have a faulty clasp where the wrist band clips into the watch face. I have been told that this does not fall under the warranty and nobody will respond to my emails.
I do not recommend this company!!!

Initial purchase was very competitively …
Initial purchase was very competitively priced and delivery was fast. Sadly the product had a well know manufacturing error. I sent it in and there their communication has basically stopped. They have had it for 2 months now and all communication from their end had stopped. After nearly 3 months it has come back. It is terribly scratched and after only 2 days it has stopped working again. They want to blame the courier for the damage and no apologies have been forthcoming.
I have another product that I need to return to them and I fear I will never get it back.
Note: I never got it back and they have never once responded to me since that day.
