I want to take a moment to recommend this amazing travel agency, especially Heba, who was so much more than just a travel consultant throughout our entire experience.

From the very beginning, she organized everything perfectly. The itinerary was flawless, every detail was carefully planned, and she delivered on everything she promised—and even more.

During our trip, we had a few unexpected issues on our end—we lost a suitcase and my husband misplaced his wallet—and Eva was there for us the entire time. She helped us recover the luggage and constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and feeling at ease.

Traveling to a foreign country can be a bit stressful, but thanks to her, we always felt safe. She was consistently checking on our location, schedules, activities, and after each experience she would reach out to see how everything went and if we enjoyed it.

More than a consultant, Eva is someone who genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being.

Heba was absolutely incredible — one of the best travel agents I’ve ever worked with. She is reliable, trustworthy, and extremely flexible. Before the trip, she was highly communicative and spent real time understanding exactly what I wanted to do and where I wanted to stay.
I was initially nervous about pre-paying via PayPal, but I can confidently say there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Heba is completely honest and reliable.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The airport assistants were wonderful, and the guides and drivers were excellent — professional, attentive, and always helpful. Heba checked in constantly to make sure everything was running perfectly and was available 24/7. She even helped at 2am to ensure I made a very tight 20-minute connection.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di affidarci a Egypt Travel Consultant, nella persona di Heba, per il nostro soggiorno al Cairo dal 29 settembre al 4 novembre 2025, in famiglia con due bambini di 7 e 9 anni.
Fin dal primo contatto, Heba si è dimostrata estremamente professionale, trasparente e corretta: ogni dettaglio del viaggio è stato organizzato con grande precisione e attenzione alle nostre esigenze familiari.

All’arrivo in aeroporto siamo stati accolti da uno steward dell’agenzia, che ci ha assistiti nelle pratiche doganali e ci ha accompagnati fino al nostro hotel — un’accoglienza impeccabile che ci ha fatto subito sentire al sicuro e ben seguiti.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo usufruito di una guida privata in italiano, Adel, e di un autista dedicato, Walid: entrambi sempre disponibili, puntuali, cordiali e attenti, rendendo ogni visita un’esperienza piacevole e rilassata anche per i bambini.
Ogni giorno, nel nostro mezzo privato, abbiamo sempre trovato bottiglie d’acqua fresca, succhi di frutta e snack, un’attenzione davvero gradita che ha reso gli spostamenti confortevoli anche nelle giornate più calde.
Alla partenza, siamo stati nuovamente accompagnati in aeroporto e lo stesso steward, Kamal, ci ha assistiti con gentilezza e competenza durante le procedure di drop-off bagagli e i controlli di sicurezza.

Un aspetto che abbiamo molto apprezzato è stata la costante attenzione di Heba durante tutto il nostro soggiorno: ogni giorno, dal mattino alla sera, ci contattava per sincerarsi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento e che le attività si svolgessero secondo programma. In ogni momento, nel caso fosse sorto anche il minimo inconveniente, si è dimostrata subito disponibile a trovare una soluzione, con professionalità e gentilezza.

Un gesto che ci ha particolarmente colpiti è stata la festa di compleanno a sorpresa che Heba ha organizzato di sua iniziativa per mia moglie: un bellissimo locale con vista sulla Sfinge, decorazioni curate e una deliziosa torta di pasticceria. Un’attenzione sincera e rara, che ha reso il viaggio davvero indimenticabile.

Desidero inoltre sottolineare che la società di Heba è ufficialmente registrata e opera nel pieno rispetto delle normative di sicurezza turistica egiziane. Tutti gli spostamenti vengono comunicati alle autorità competenti (e agli hotel, se dotati di sicurezza), e sia le guide che gli autisti sono operatori ufficiali e autorizzati. Questo garantisce non solo un servizio di qualità, ma anche la tranquillità di viaggiare in totale sicurezza.

Heba and her agency EGYPT TRAVEL CONSULTANTS arranged a wonderful trip for us in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel at the height of the pandemic in 2020. In July 2024, we returned to Alexandria on a cruise ship for a single day. I was keen to see Alexandria’s historical sights and try some local Egyptian food, having not had any good Ta’amiya in four years. I contacted Heba and she arranged a wonderful day trip in Alexandria starting with an Egyptian breakfast and continuing to the catacombs, the new Biblioteca Alexandrina, and the Roman ruins. We ended with molokhiyya and seafood by the fortress of Qaitbay. We had a great day trip and felt safe returning to our cruise ship at the end of the day. You can rely on Heba and Egypt Travel consultants whether coming to Egypt for the first time or returning just for the day, as we did. Shukran to all!

Egypt was a most grateful trip and the best experience we had with the four countries we visited this 2024 trip. The most I like was our tour manager Heba and our tour guides Emad and Tarwat, they made our visit to Egypt epic with their attentions and explanations about the places we visit. All the team of ETC was really amazing, it was very safe to visit Egypt since we were two girls and they take care of us with dedication and patience to our needs. The big question: Is it safe to travel to Egypt now?
Our answer is YES! There is a significant police presence in downtown Cairo, which the locals say is normal. It is reassuring, because they look like they are ready for anything. We felt very safe even walking around the hotel at night and in all the areas we visited.

This is a great time to visit Egypt! The weather was perfect and none of the sights were crowded, even though this is normally peak season.

We booked a 12 day group tour of Egypt with Egypttravelconsultant.com. It was fantastic! It turned out we were the only members of the group (my husband and I). The accommodations were excellent (5*), the transportation, drivers and guides were exemplary.

From the time we arrived at the Cairo airport until we left Egypt, we didn't have to worry about anything, all arrangements were taken care of. There was someone to take us to our hotel, Steigenberger Tahrir Square, a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff at this hotel responded quickly and efficiently to all our requests and they could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The included breakfast at this hotel is over the top!

We toured all the top sights with amazing guides. Marwa in Cairo was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and always concerned for our comfort and welfare. We had many fascinating conversations about the sights and Egypt in general. Abdelrhman was a delight and managed our transportation and helped us navigate Cairo restaurants and the bazaar. Emad stayed with us for the southern half of our tour and the 5 day Nile cruise. He took care of us completely with all the transportation and tickets for all the sights. He is a wonderful and brilliant man. He went beyond our expectations to help us in many ways. We enjoyed his company immensely.

Heba the local manager stayed in contact with me during our entire trip to keep me informed of our itinerary and was always available to answer any questions. She made us feel very welcome in Egypt and was very pleasant and informative.
