I order 2 dress March 2026, still waiting to receive my order. ( may 11th 26).Emailed Eillen a few times I only got one reply, saying my order is on route and that was a month ago.Trying to view my order but to no avail. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE SHE IS NOT A BUSINESS WONAN, AND I THINK HER CLOTHES ARE NOT IN STORE THEY MAYBE MADE TO ORDER. Margaret

How can Eileen Dublin get a 2.5 scoring when they are scammers?

Ordered a dress on the 31st of March & haven’t received it yet . Emailed them & no response . Total scammers

I placed an order on the 31st of March as of today it still has not arrived be careful people. date of review May 2nd

My wife ordered a dress to wear for a friend's wedding 7 weeks in advance. No update whatsoever from the company on parcel tracking. Contacted the company via their email address, as per their website - no reply at all, no confirmation of any kind!
She received a Customs notification in the post 1 week out from the wedding, requesting payment in order for the parcel to be released. She completed and again attempted to contact the company - no success. She then contacted An Post - who informed her that the parcel had not even left the UK yet and it could 3 to 5 working days before delivery at best!
PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY as they have no customer service whatsoever and when Contacted do not reply. It also appears it takes them weeks and weeks to process an order of 1 x garment!
There are way more reputable companies to purchase from you actually provide customer care!!

This is a Scam, I paid €50 for a dress from the online store, I chased the order. Received a reply "it's delayed". Now 1 month later no delivery, no communication & can no longer track the item. Disgusting way to treat customers!!!!
