Nice guys to deal with but very poor communications. Dane is obviously trying to build a business, I wish him good luck but he is missing some basic business concepts. Two bedside cabinets have gone missing, I realise that these things happen. However, all my messages regarding my loss have gone unanswered. Getting Dane to reply to texts and telephone calls is like pulling teeth.
The guys were just GREAT! Polite, professional and hard working. They sorted my move out at short notice. They were responsive, turned up on time, and moved me really efficiently. They also got all my furniture up some super tight staircases without as much as a scratch on the walls. I would highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Eipic Removals. From the very first contact with Dane right through to moving day, they were really helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was clear and straightforward, which made everything feel much less stressful.
