Never seen such a scam worthy airline. Does not comply with UK Civil aviation authority laws. I will be making complaints to the UK Ombudsman.

The law quite clearly states:

"Airlines must by law include all the compulsory taxes, fees and charges when displaying prices, so you will always know the price of your flight. Airlines should also clearly display the costs of any optional extras on their websites at the start of the booking process so that you can see which optional extras are available how much they cost."

Eithad would not arrange a seat for me with my disability - they said I can pay €89 for each flight of my 4 flights - they didn’t care of my condition and just want to make extra money - I will never fly again with this airline - poor customer service that is in Egypt who don’t speak English

My suitcase was mishandled. The zip was broken when I collected it from the carousel, some items were missing. I complained on arrival to my home and my complaint was disregarded.I had an awful flight food was basic and staff seemed preoccupied.

They lose luggage, don't use them!

This is the worst airline i ever deal.The cancel my fly to Thailand on 7th August without any notice and increase the prices on top of the roof. I bought the tickets last September to make sure for my kids to have a nice holiday on summer 2022 but is not meant to be because of Etihad never again fly with them and will be a good idea even a Man city pull out from there sponsorship 🙏

I have flown with Eithad many times but that apparently doesn’t stand for anything when you have a unfortunate deaf in the family. My mother in law passing away at beginning of month. I tried to cancelling my flight that was reasoning for my trip to Australia and my family out there were very upset. Because I book for a third party due too they website crashing everytime I tried to book. They were not very helpful and would not give me refund due to this Opodo said originally and then I call later and it was because the family member was not passenger . Which I find very strange as it not way I read there wavier conditions is stated guest or immediate family with she is? After endless calls and emails to both companies they had no compassion to give a full refund. Had very stressful and horrible month dealing with this when I should have been looking after myself and my two children. Will not use either company again because Opodo said they look into 2 days later nothing. Just a think cover tracks on reviews. I tell anyone not to book with either now if I was ask.
