Took My Money Nearly a Month Ago and Never Actually Shipped My Order
I placed an order with Ekkovision on April 15th during their 40% off sale. On April 22nd, they created a UPS shipping label and sent tracking information, but as of May 11th UPS still has not received the package.
The tracking has remained stuck on “Label Created” for weeks, meaning the order was never actually handed over to UPS.
I contacted support and was told to “allow a few more days” while they investigated. That was over 6 days ago, and I still have not received any meaningful update, explanation, or resolution. Just vague responses asking for more patience.
At this point, it feels extremely disingenuous to take a customer’s money, create a shipping label to make it appear shipped, and then leave the order sitting for nearly a month with no movement.
I understand delays happen, but transparency and communication matter. If items are out of stock or fulfillment is delayed, just say that directly instead of stringing customers along.
Very disappointing experience.
