Had a problem with bin lid
Had a problem with bin lid, it was dealt with very efficiently and very quick, the lady dealing with it was extremely polite and arranged a delivery which was delivered promptly.

A couple of years ago, I purchased an EKO 40L sensor bin. I won’t lie – at the time, it nearly caused a divorce! My other half simply couldn’t understand why I had spent so much money on a bin, and to be honest, I struggled to justify it myself. All I knew was that I really wanted a sensor bin!
Fast forward to a week ago when the sensor mechanism stopped working. My other half immediately started gloating, convinced they had finally been proven right about my expensive bin purchase.
However, the smirk was quickly wiped off their face when I discovered that my EKO bin came with a 10-year warranty. Yes… TEN YEARS!
I contacted EKO through their online contact form on 02/06/2026, explaining the issue and uploading photographs, the model and serial number, along with a video demonstrating the fault. To my surprise, within literally 10 minutes, I received a response from Karen.
Karen was absolutely fantastic—friendly, informative, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The Research & Development team reviewed my information on 03/06/2026, and by lunchtime on 05/06/2026, a replacement lid had arrived at my front door via DPD.
I was genuinely blown away by how smooth and efficient the entire process was. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, EKO proved exactly why their products are worth investing in. The warranty wasn’t just a marketing promise—it was honoured quickly, professionally, and without any hassle whatsoever.
Not only did I receive exceptional customer service and a speedy resolution, but I also finally won the argument with my other half! That’s exactly why I spent the money on a quality sensor bin in the first place—because it came with a 10-year warranty that EKO actually stands behind.
A huge thank you to Karen and the entire EKO team. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the communication was excellent, and the replacement process couldn’t have been easier.
I would highly recommend EKO to anyone considering one of their products. Quality products, outstanding customer support, and a company that genuinely honours its warranty commitments. Five stars very well deserved.

Exceeding Expectations
I have had a number of EKO bins over the years and have been delighted with their durability and pleasing aesthetic design. And, of course, with 3 years manufacturer warranty, you are getting a long guarantee. Whoops! Three years 2 months and my large EKO Bin lid started playing up. Call EKO for support. No problem as EKO attempted to diagnose and resolve the technical issue with it failing to open, but alas, all the recommendations from the EKO Technical Team did not resolve the issue. But I should not have worried as the EKO Customer Services recognised from my purchase history that I had been a long term customer and forwarded a replacement lid, "as a gesture of good will".

I purchased Ecocasa Plus Recycling Pedal Bin 40+40L on Friday 26th Feb 2026 and it was delivered 24th February. I was so impressed how quickly it came.
Packaging was first class, so protected in a really sturdy box.
The bin is more than I expected. I am so pleased with it. Really sturdy. Inner bin with handle that is hidden away so it doesn't get in the way of the bin bag. It came with a roll of bags, which is great when you get a new bin.. what size do I need.
The finish of the bin, its really easy to clean, any marks come off easily plus it doesn't show any marks where the dirt was removed.
Think you can tell how pleased I am with the bin. I would definitely recommend the company and the products. Thank you EKO Home. Lindy

I was most grateful to Ekohome for finding a lid for my sensor operated bin. It was an trash bin that I bought many years ago for Cosco, and needless to say, that particular model is no longer available. Eco clearly had a supply of these and at a price that seems really low, and dispatched me one which arrived within two days.
They had clearly checked which model I had, and reassured me that the replacement lid would fit.
All emails were answered within hours, and they also tracked my delivery and checked that there were no problem with the lid that they had sent.

Excellent customer service after inner bucket arrived damaged. Bin is great, appreciate the 20l capacity as most 3 compartment bins for similar price are 15l. Appreciate the extra bags too
