I had pretty bad skin damage and mild acne 6 months ago and the difference to my skin now is amazing! Sue takes time to educate you on causes of acne/damage, how the skin works, takes a thorough look and recommends the best way to treat the problem. I never found her pushy instead I found that she cares for her patients, gets an understanding of their lifestyle and accommodates treatment around that so that it is easiest & best to implement. The amount of people who comment on how great my skin is now really gives me that confidence boost compared to when I used to try and hide my face! Would fully recommend.

I’m midway through my time with Elan but Sue has been incredible- she ensured I felt comfortable, was friendly but professional, and has gone above and beyond throughout.

I had hair removal lasering done at Elan with the best lasering machine on the market, does not hurt like other machines and I am very pleased to say that my therapist Amy put me at ease from day one of my treatment. She is really friendlly and professional and any fears I had were completely gone.
I totally recommend this place to anyone that wants hair removal lasering , well done guys and thanks to Amy , she is definitely an asset to your clinic.

I attended the Elan Medical Skin Clinic and was expecting a professional assessment and treatment of my skin.
Despite my reservations about the validity of the "before" and "after" treatment pictures I was shown (it appeared that your eyes change shade too!), I believed that there must be something in all of the positive reviews I had read, and so chose to go ahead with The DermaActive Treatment Programme.
The cost of the programme was £450, and the initial consultation £95, so this felt like a high price to pay for two 80ml dispensers and a 100g tube of prescription skin creams, a 120ml dispenser of face wash, a small tube of sun block and skin balm. But I was hopeful that the programme would be as successful as Sue effused it could be.
The programme was for 12 weeks, and Sue gave me detailed instructions of how to use the creams. This I followed to the letter.
So I was a little shocked to find that I had run out of the cleanser after 6 weeks of washing my face night and morning, and using "one depression" of the pump, as prescribed.
On contacting Sue, I was told that I would have to purchase another bottle of the product, as this was a non-prescription product. After a rather heated exchange of emails in which I told Sue that at no point in my original consultation had it been mentioned that I may need to replace products, that I believed it had been sold as a 12-week programme, and so the products should be in sufficient supply to last the course, Sue agreed to replace the cleanser as a "measure of goodwill".
Two weeks later, halfway through week 9, I ran out of the cream I had been instructed to use night and morning, and could see that the tube of cream required nightly, was too depleted to last the 12 weeks.
When I contacted the centre, Sue informed me that I would not only have to pay the £125 and £75 cost of the replacement creams, but that I would also have to book another consultation to receive the prescribed products - presumably at a further cost of £95.
So, nearly 9 weeks in I am cutting my losses and abandoning the treatment. The results so far do not warrant further investment of £200. I am left feeling that I have been sold something using misleading claims and a misrepresentation of what I was buying. This is not a 12-week programme unless you chose to keep on paying. Be warned.

Took my daughter to have her eyes pierced this week, as soon as we arrived we were welcomed.
Very professional, relaxing atmosphere.
Amy was very professional, went through everything you needed to know.
Because everything was so calm, this reflected my daughter in being so calm and enjoyed the experience.

I took my daughter to Elan to have her ears pierced. We had a bit of a nervous wobble which the staff handled really well - I was very impressed with their manner and professionalism. Additionally, Amy the technician, was really thorough in getting the earrings in the perfect position, I would highly recommend her and Elan.

I have attended three times this year for consultation treatment and follow-up,I am rebooking for more treatment in a few weeks.I would recommend this clinic as providing excellent treatment.
