Elarise Avis 340

I ordered two items. The sweater I ordered is lovely. The dress was way too small and I want to return it. I emailed asking for a return label and they wanted me to take pictures of it. Umm no. Now they want me to take a tape measure to it. No I will NEVER buy anything from them again. When ordering something on line, especially clothes with how sizing differs this should not be that difficult!

My order came quickly and I loved the item. I will shop again!

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I ordered eight pieces and they are all really cute! My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get the merchandise… Almost a month.

Elarise company is a total SCAM!!!!!!! I received my order for 3 tops. They are not what was depicted on Facebook. The fabric is horrible and CHEAP. I requested a return/exchange authorization form 3 times, without receiving the information. They also lied and said items were made in Greenwood, Indiana. The packaging states made in China!

Order was delivered quickly and the quality of the mask is very nice . . . and reversible!

I love these sweaters. I know the material is recycled but I think they may have wool in them, correct? Washing instructions would be helpful.
As much as love them, I wouldn't have ordered them if I'd known they were from China.

Elarise's return policy is completely false. I tried to return 3 items and keep one through their customer service email. In the end, they refused to send me a confirmation return number and offered for me to keep the entire order and they'll credit me $21.00. I refused and they wrote back that the return must be made by sending to Dubai and that it is very expensive. I feel threatened by these people. My bank is disputing the charge and is working with me. What a mess! Please beware of Elarise.com.

The items ordered were just as seen on the website. The color just as shown on the website. True to size.

I placed an order back on October 16th. On October 29th they said 1 items wasn't ready and they don't split orders. I told them to cancel the one and ship the remainder of the order. November 2, said they would ship the order. November 12 - said they shipped the order. November 13 - received tracking number and still nothing. November 16 - Emailed them asking where my order was - got the COVID response. November 19th - They say they tracked the order and asked if I could please wait. Think I have waited long enough. Won't be ordering from them again. Was hoping that the "American Made" would work. Sorry to say it didn't!!!

Love Loved it, It was just like the picture

From the information on Facebook, I was lead to believe these products were made in Greenwood, Indiana, thus made in the USA. It took 4 weeks to get the products, a red flag! The return address was from NY with a Chinese name. The products looked great in the pictures, but were poor quality and the fabric was flimsy. I want to return the products, and have asked for a return address and have not receive one. I also would like my money back.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY buying from ELARISE, if you haven’t already!!’ TOTAL SCAM!!!’

I have no idea how this company has any decent reviews, unless they pay people or post reviews themselves!!

6 weeks to receive the order, 2 of 3 items purchased were received. I wouldn’t use the material as a table cloth on an outdoor picnic table.

Hopefully, this review will save you from wasting your money on a illegitimate company who has “0” way of getting ahold of a real person, no customer service, and the worst quality product I have ever experienced in clothing.

Beyond disappointed in Denver!!!

This sweater is soft, warm, and carefully crafted. It is everything they said it would be.

The dresses are really adorable and fit perfectly! Customer service was responsive to all my queries. I will definitely shop here again!

Items I ordered took way too long to be delivered. For the quality I feel that the cost of each item was overpriced.

Beautiful except it took forever to get it! Material and print are beautiful!

The clothes I ordered were delivered promptly. They seem very well made and durable and are as colorful as displayed in their advertisements.

Honestly I thought the site was fake. But it proved to be true. I’m a disabled veteran and watch my money. Ordered on October 25th and received on Nov 13th. Two casual warm up suits: plaid and navy/white with anchor. Light and comfy. Easily packable. Xxl- 5-11 and 218 lbs. will be ordering again.

This is a very pretty sweater, I can't wait to wear it on Christmas Day. Thank you.
