Perfect service
Perfect service! I had been searching for a particular plant for my Mum. A Rangoon Creeper. It was hard to find, but El Arish got it in stock and notified me by email. I ordered two and I could not be happier. Plus, I’m now the favourite child because I found the plant we had been looking for for so long! They arrived in good condition and are thriving. Thanks so much!

Finally found Plants I wanted
I Have been searching for Culantro also known as mexican corrianda or Sawtooth corrianda for 6 months, i finally found it at El Arish Exotics. when it was delivered the plants were in good health & much further advanced than I expected. Thank yuo for your awesome service

Thanks for the feedback Meti, if you had a specific issue with a plant being damaged in transit, can you please contact us? No plans to go to bespoke packaging as we prefer to keep the price point of our fantastic and rare collection of plants low and would no longer be able to offer flat rate postage (which is subsidized to about 85% of our orders). We're also pretty invested in reducing our carbon footprint by using as many recycled boxes as we can. But if you had a specific issue or gripe with your plants being affected by our packaging choices we'd love to follow up on the issue.
