I’ve sent several emails and no response about canceling my subscription and was blamed for causing mold in the jar.

We did respond to Sarah's emails, including her cancellation request — though her order had already shipped at that point, per our policy. Her subscription was cancelled as requested.
Regarding the mold: sea moss gel is a fresh, preservative-free product with a clearly stated 3–4 week refrigerated shelf life. Mold at the bottom of a nearly empty jar is a natural result of increased oxygen exposure as the product gets used up near the end of its shelf life — not an indication of how the product left our facility. We explained this thoroughly and offered storage tips (like freezing portions) to help future jars last longer.
We value every customer and stand behind the quality of our products. Anyone with questions about shelf life or storage is always welcome to reach out to us directly.
My go-to for FRESH seamoss and elderberry
My go-to seamoss and elderberry for an immune boost for me and my family (toddler and husband!) My 3 yr old calls the sea moss jelly and likes to eat it off the spoon. Also love that you know it’s FRESH and hasn’t been sitting on store shelves for weeks.

I absolutely love The Elderberry Source.
Elderberry syrup helps support your immune system. It is naturally organic flavored with Elderberry and it tastes great. It is suggested to take daily for maximum benefits. For daily maintenance take 2 tsp daily, for adults. It can be mixed with water, fruit juice, smoothies, etc but I just took it plain, as it tastes great.
It helps my family and myself stay healthy!
I would recommend to my family and friends. It's my to go to for Elderberry, honey, sea moss which every flavor is delicious and eggs.
I would always support The Elderberry Source of my life needs to stay healthy. Thank you.
