Absolutely the best company I have dealt with in a long time! I sent an email to Elecane about an issue I was having with a Bark Collar. I received an immediate response and the company sent a new collar the same day. I would absolutely refer this company to anyone. Elecane renewed my faith in customer service! Thank you Elecane!
I had a question about a flashing light. Sent an email and it was answered within the hour.
The collar is working for my boy. I’ve noticed him bark at birds while running towards them, stop in his tracks and try to look at his neck. He knows something is going on and the barking has slowed way down. He’s figuring out the cause and effect. I have it set on 3. This was the 2nd day with it. Today (3rd day) I’ve noticed even less barking. He usually goes nuts when the Ring camera goes off. Today he has just been giving little growls. It doesn’t “shock” him. He is exciting no signs of pain. Just startled.

It seems to be working to some degree, but the collar slips so the device is not even with my dog’s throat. I think it’s
because the weight of the fastener on the top of his neck moves it. However, he is paying attention to it and I hope in a few more weeks he’ll be barking a lot less.
Great product with incredible customer service. Lost my charging cord & they sent me a free replacement. Collar works great & is more comfortable for my small dog. Others are just too heavy & bulky.

The fact that she got right on it, while I can still shame my Rose without results, I got help and everything fixed at lighting speed! Can I send you Rose? Haha! I should get another just in case! Love the collar! Rose doesn’t as I think she likes misbehaving!

Bought the collar in Jan of 2025. Did not use. Went to use it recently and found it had no charging cord. Contacted them. Within 1 day the cord is being sent. Emily in customer service is extraordinary.

I just received the collar for my pup and its working well! Its very simple to operate. Nice small size and not too bulky for little dogs. I bought the aqua blue one with a star on it, very nice!
